The momma cat ran away. Momma cat had an appointment today 1/28 and we forgot to cancel. My husband received a call from the Vet stating we needed to pay for the visit and going forward we would have to prepay for all appointments. Apparently, there is a policy that exists. Clients are only made aware of this when they miss an appointment. This gives the practice manager the ability to enforce the policy whenever they feel free to do so. Usually, we receive an email and a call stating that we have an appointment for the animals a day or 2 in advance. According to my husband neither of these reminders happened. i have spent thousands of dollars for my pets with this office and in the end they told me that I needed to take care elsewhere. I am a little disappointed with the way the practice manager handled the situation. I think the vet and the vet techs and the reception are amazing. However, if a policy exists it should be shared with clients when they establish care. Or it could be attached to the email when they send reminder calls. I believes this is an excellent, comprehensive, compassionate place for the animals. If I were to rate this based on today´s experience it would not be good. I do feel that if there are rules they should be shared with the customers. The practice manager should fix her process to ensure everyone knows the rules. Practice managers are suppose to fix processes. unfortunately, I need to rate.

She was wonderful to work with very personable. You can tell she likes animals. She recommended a specific shot for ticks as we came from an area where ticks are not an issue. She also suggested a dental cleaning, but there was never any pressure. Though in time we did bring Coco back in as she developed an abscessed due to her teeth. shortly there after Coco developed kidney failure but did not respond to aggressive treatment. We made a decision to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Stanley and staff were wonderful with kindness and compassion. Though our time was short, If and when we get another pet, we will definitely be back.

He came out smiling, and saying that everything went "great." That night neither of us got any sleep, because she could barely breath. The first thing the next morning I took her back there and there was a new technician who saw her and told me that she had collapsing trachea, caused by the surgery. I found out recently that SHE ACTUALLY DIED temporarily during the surgery, which doesn't seem like the surgeon or surgery was "great." Three days later he called to see how my dog was doing, and actually told me that 'the collapsing trachea would probably go away.' It's an insult that he would think I didn't even care to look up what a collapsing trachea was.

However, over the past year, we have encountered different veterinarians instead of Sabrina, resulting in a less-than-satisfactory experience. Yesterday, when we brought our dog Oliver in for a visit, the veterinarian, who appeared to be relatively inexperienced, exhibited extreme rudeness. As animal owners who treat our pets like family, it was disconcerting to be spoken to in such a manner. I declined to authorize additional tests that were just extras... opting instead to conduct them at a later time, given the substantial costs already incurred for Oliver's physical examination and bloodwork. The veterinarian, Dr. Levy, proceeded to label me a neglectful dog owner. When these test I have done on a yearly basis and felt it wasn't needed till our next visit. I chose to address the issue at a later time so I could get my dogs monthly prescription , plus this Dr. had never seen my dogs or knows us and our history. This clinic has drastically declined over the last few visits and I new after this unprofessional visit I would never allow my fur babies to be seen by such nasty people. the funny thing is when you walk into their waiting room they have a sign about treating people with respect and kindness...I would say there team needs to practice what they preach! This morning, I contacted a new veterinary practice in a nearby town, which has received excellent recommendations, and arranged to transfer our records. I am relieved to have found a more suitable alternative and will no longer need to interact with Court Street Vets. Unfortunately, it appears that the establishment has undergone a significant decline in quality, with new staff exhibiting poor bedside manners and prioritizing financial gain over animal care.

WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more Between the dates of November 2nd and the 10th 2022, I entrusted WARREN MOONEY'S company, FINAL JOURNEY, in NH, with the care of a beloved pet that had passed. I was advised by the East Boston Animal Hospital to contact Warren Mooney the owner of Final Journey in NH, to discuss a request. I then contacted, Warren over the phone, I introduced myself to him and told him that my family and I have been long-time customers and have been doing business with his company for over a decade. Specific instructions were given to Warren that involved dispersing the remains into two individual containers and that he would put some remains aside for an amulet. Additionally, I was told that there would be no extra charge for my specific requests and I took their word for it; considering that I have been doing business with them for a decade and never encountered any issues, I obviously trusted them. Upon receiving the remains of my pet, I was given two separate boxes but never received the small portion of the remains for the amulet I wished to fashion. I was also charged additional fees even though I was told that no extra charges would come up. When these matters were brought to WARREN'S attention via text, I was immediately met with a careless and arrogant demeanor. WARREN initially instructed me to utilize a hair dryer to melt away the wax sealing in order to retrieve remains for the amulet, something I was not going to attempt nor was it my responsibility. When asked about the extra charges Warren contradicted himself and just waved it away and continued to ignore this issue. I asked for a refund for the unknown fee and for not fulfilling the service as promised. Warren clearly shooed me away when he said he is "now going to spend time with his family". Warren seemed to be done discussing business with me and made me feel his word is worthless and he is a thief. I was appalled at his condescending responses, arrogant tone, careless and unprofessional way he handled my situation. I was upset at how he treated me and told him I did not care who he was going to hang with and not to forget that the pet owners are the ones that pay for his services, NOT the animal clinic. I then blocked him because I felt I would be met with greater hostility.  I contacted the East Boston Animal Hospital and explained my experience with Warren and that I did not want anything to do with him. Due to his severe lack of professionalism, I told them I would let all my friends, family, and colleagues know and warn other pet families NOT to use his services. I told the staff at the East Boston Animal Hospital that my family and I will NOT go through them for end-of-life pet care as long as they continue to do business with Warren and his company.  For over a decade, my family and I have been conducting business with Warren's company. This was my first encounter with him and I am extremely sad to now know this is what we've been dealing with. Warren's poor attitude was nothing short of rude, careless, and arrogant towards my questions and myself, he was completely uncaring and unempathetic regarding my situation and my requests. I do NOT trust Warren and I question his integrity. Throughout the years my family and I have been paying for our pets' end-of-life services, did he ever fulfill our wishes? After this encounter, I feel he did NOT. Unfortunately, there isn't much (if any) quality control or regulations for pet cremation services, which also explains his horrible demeanor, like he can and has gotten away with things.  I deal with customers daily and I would never respond to any of my new, long-term, past, or potential customers with such carelessness and arrogance. Some pet parents choose end-of-life services for their pets, and I truly respect that decision, so please take this as a WARNING and do NOT entrust your beloved pets with this shady guy and his company. I regret ever doing business with WARREN MOONEY and FINAL JOURNEY in NH. By the way, I saved all the text interactions between Warren and me!  The good news and to end on a positive note, there are other end-of-life pet service providers that have integrity, are professional, and actually care about their customers! Be sure to ask your pet's clinic to ensure they don't use this company and do your research to find a quality service provider. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Good luck!

You purchased an 8-Week training package on 3/14/24 and did not attend your first lesson until 5/29/24 (76 days later). In the contract that you signed and requested a copy of, you acknowledged that all training services expire after 180 days, as our training packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 months to complete, depending on which package you purchase. During the first lesson, your dog Memphis attempted to bite up the leash at the trainer, and unfortunately bit his own tongue. This injury was not caused by anything that the trainer did. Your second lesson was not had until 6/14/24, 16 days after the previous lesson. During this lesson, your dog broke its nail. Your dogs nails were extremely unkept and long, and this is overall an extremely common injury for dogs with long nails. We have never hidden the fact that we utilize balanced training methods, which is the reason why you came to us in the first place. Memphis was extremely aggressive and was attacking the roommate in the bus you were living in, which is the reason you sought out our services. $2,500.00 was a large investment that you made and didn't prioritize. You had our contact information and did not once express any concern until yesterday, 104 days later. We wish you and Memphis the best and hopefully Memphis' aggression resolves. More Photo 1 in review by Lauren Ayers Book online Elizabeth Nagine 2 reviews After having a consultation I was advised to do a 2500.00 training plan wich consisted of 8 hour long training sessions. My first session was extremely hard to sit through but even harder on my dog. My dog wich is a 5 yr old husky mix mouth was bleeding and spraying everywhere. The trainer informed me that it was a superficial injury and was nothing to worry about. My dog continued to struggle with the method until the hour was up and I brought him home. My dog didn't eat and struggled to drink water for 4 days afterwards. Brought him to the vet and he was checked out and sent home. I then waited a few weeks before going back but i really wanted to trust the process so i tried again, THIS time the session was basically the same method but this time my dog was even more terrified. He ended up getting his nail ripped off and again bleeding and I was again told that it was a common thing and not to be alarmed. My dog ended up limping for the next week with no improvement so again we went to.the vet where he showed to have an infection in his toe from the nail being removed. He ended up on 3 rounds of antibiotics which took two months to complete. This is when my vet advised me to seek out other training methods & that this was clearly not beneficial nor healthy. When I reached out to green mountain k9 to ask for a partial refund since I paid 2500.00 for two hours of inhumane training and a slew of vet bills they informed me that not only am I not getting any sort of refund but I have also forfeited my other 6 lessons (that they NOW say could have tried a different method with) with them due to the time on the agreement had lapsed. So, that's what my dog and I got from green mountain k9 for 2500.00. This isn't the last they'll see or hear of me. & I do not recommend a company that pushes you to have no choice besides to either risk the health of your dog or lose the extreme amount of money that you gave in trust. The ethics here is so wrong. I do not recommend this company.
