I did very extensive research on photographers in Houston, as that was one of the things I wanted to be perfect. The photos are really all you have left after so many months of planning! What stuck out to me about Abdul's photos were the clean lines and vibrant colors while also capturing the fun and candid moments. After we met in person, I knew he would be a great fit for our wedding. Abdul is laid back yet professional, and he made me feel at ease that he would take good care of us. We chose a wedding package that included an engagement session, full wedding day coverage with two photographers, a 30 page album, and full rights to all our photos - all for a very reasonable price, especially compared to other photographers in town. We took our engagement photos in February at Discovery Green and various locations near downtown. The session was about 2-3 hours, and he never made us feel rushed. Having never done professional photos before, it took my fiancé and I a little while to get into it! He sent us the photos about two weeks later, and I was able to use them to create my own save-the-dates online. They turned out great! I then used the rest of the engagement photos to create a photo guest book for our wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Abdul and I had a few conversations about what specific photos I wanted and details of the day. He was always very accommodating. The actual wedding day was perfect! He showed up right on time to take our "getting ready" pictures at our hotel and made sure to capture all of the sweet moments with parents and the wedding party. He was completely unobtrusive during our church ceremony and the reception. I hardly even noticed him the whole night. I have been around plenty of wedding photographers and can't stand how pushy and obnoxious some of them can be. Not the case with Abdul. He gave direction when needed, especially during the short 20 minute time period to take pictures after the ceremony, but he was never pushy. Abdul and his second photographer took over 1,000 photos, and they all turned out amazing!! We got our photos about two months after the wedding, and we will be getting our album very soon! I am still blown away by what an amazing job he did! I would HIGHLY recommend Kreative Angle Photography. You will have fantastic service, and beautiful memories!

When our original photographer fell through due to illness, Simon was able to fill in as our backup photographer, along with his second photographer Michael (also amazing). This ended being such a blessing in disguise. Simon has very soft, romantic style to his photography, and leverages mostly film to give photos that natural softness. He was able to capture the most beautiful shots on our wedding day, and despite a very packed wedding day schedule, was able to squeeze in most of the photos we wanted. Not only that, Simon was just a total buddy and was thoughtful, communicative, and sweet throughout the entire planning process. One vivid memory that captures the awesomeness of Simon: we had a Polaroid photo station at the wedding and as the night progressed, our guests forgot about the photo station (they were busy dancing!), but not Simon -- he picked up the Polaroid camera and ended up snapping photos for us while we danced the night away, and stayed way past his contracted time. We ended up getting Polaroids photos, on top of the regular photos that Simon took, that captured the ratchetness of the night which ended up being one of our most treasured memories... Today, we have a whole Polaroid album to be able to look back on and laugh at. Hire Simon! You won't regret it.
