The person who emailed me is Bill Miller and it appears that he is the owner. My grandmother asked me to look into who could convert 8mm to DVD or other form of media. I suggested iMemories and while she said she would be open to that she asked me to find if there was a local option I could take it to for her. So I did a local search and came up with an actual local option and this website which is designed to show as local based on whatever city you search. I found the layout of the website and where they are located a bit suspicious, so before going further with researching them I sent an online inquiry on their Contact Us page that read: Do you have a physical location in Denton, TX where I could bring the media instead of shipping? If so, where is it located and what are the hours of operation? I received an email from Jotform saying to send my request to the email address so I copied my inquiry and emailed it. Later in the day I checked my email and had 2 responses. The first copy and pasted some rules and FAQs and info from his website stating he advertises all over the country, is based out of Houston and shipping is the only option. He made some suggestions and mentioned he was semi retired. The second email was sent 7 minutes later with the subject line "This is the second Email from you I own both Websites" and reads as such (copy/pasted from the email): yah yah yah your precious Memories. I GET IT Tex. You're attempting to search all over the Web-- But My Sites keep coming up for you... WHY-- Because it's not going to happen in your town no matter how many Starbucks and Walmart's you have-- YOU GOT TO GET OVER THE " I don't want to MAIL IT." Syndrome.. I do not use the Minority operated U.S. mail system Don't want to Ship -it, Don't want MAIL -It, it's going to stay in the Clos-IT !! Maybe you have had Shipping problems I never have and do it all day long for 38 years-- and this is the bullshit that make me Semi retired.. The last owner Killed Him Self. Shocked that he would send those 2 wildly different emails to the same customer and make such wild assumptions I replied: I didn't send from 2 websites, I received an autoreply that told me to send the request to this email instead and complied. But don't worry, I won't be bothering you with any business. Have a great day! To which he replied with a subject only that read: Don't want to Ship-it, Don't want MAIL-it, it's going to stay in the Clos-IT!! Even if I were able to put up with the spelling and grammar, I won't give my business to someone so disrespectful. It's my opinion that he is presenting as so unhinged in these email inquires because he wants to be fully retired instead of semi retired, but that's just my deductive reasoning skills based on the customer service I received and the yelp page he attempted to close down. There are 15 reviews and another 11 not recommended with the same rating and telling similar stories. I'm just so GLAD I emailed him and not my poor 81 year old grandmother. For your sake, look elsewhere. Also, I fully expect an equally unhinged response to this review and only posted this review so that others could avoid this hostile insanity. Good luck.

Then he sent the following email to me: you're not giving a s*** what it looks like -- as long as it's not shipped. I rather lose it in the Minority runned U.S. mail system than have a s*** job. Watch the f***ing videos like the site asks you to do and learn somthing ! I starred the offensive words, but you get the picture. Avoid this guy like the plague.
