We used DJ David Combs from DJ Dave Productions (owned by Dave and Janet Petry) for our wedding ceremony and reception ... we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Above all, David was extremely professional, very personable and sincerely interested in providing the best experience possible. At different times, we met with Dave Petry and David Combs to discuss the various details of the wedding and to synchronize our expectations (ceremony and reception). Both gentlemen were organized, extremely flexible, very friendly and obviously very competent ... above all, we felt at ease and instantly knew that we were in good hands. At our wedding, David Combs was fantastic! He arrived 3 hours early to make sure everything was setup and working correctly. Above all, David assessed the crowd and the tone of the event perfectly. The music selections were spot on ... his emceeing skills professional, timely and reassuring. David was particularly responsive to the intricate logistics of the ceremony and the wedding ... adjusting as needed to ensure a seamless evening. Needless to say, our friends and family (and wedding planner!) were very impressed ... the consistently full dance floor was a great testament to David's DJ skills. DJ Mark was the DJ for our wedding at Waterpoint Lakeside on 7/1/17 and he was AMAZING!!! First off, the planning process is extremely organized - you have access to put in a detailed timeline of events through their website portal. You also input songs that you definitely/maybe/do not want played at the event. We told DJ Mark that our music taste is all over the board (we like it all) - we mainly just wanted people to dance. Our dance floor was PACKED for over three hours - it was awesome! I also had multiple guests tell me how great our DJ was! I did not have a day of coordinator and I am so glad I did not spend the extra money, because DJ Mark coordinated the entire event for us. When we arrived after our ceremony, DJ Mark immediately met us outside (before our grand entrance) and went through the timeline. Our ceremony/after ceremony pictures were about 30 minutes quicker than we had anticipated and DJ Mark handled this change with ease. He came up to me during the event to let me know when it was about time to cut the cake and then do the garter/bouquet toss. It made me SO much less stressed and I could just focus on enjoying myself! I would absolutely recommend DJ Dave Productions! read more

Everyone we met here was just amazing. I cant say enough how awesome Dj Dave and his crew are. We met them at an open house event hosted by Amber Springs and were just blown away by them. They were so friendly, genuine and all around amazing people to work with. From the initial meeting, to emailing finalization details with Ashley, to meeting and working with our DJ, Charles. Ashley made everything with them smooth sailing, even in my times of complete chaos for us. The set up was GORGEOUS. The up lights were perfect along with our GOBO. Dave was the DJ at my daughter's wedding last weekend. He was FANTASTIC! He helped to make the wedding the success it was! He totally followed our schedule and stayed on track and he did a perfect job announcing the entrance of the bridal party, dances, toasts, dinner....as parents of the bride we didn't have to worry about anything. He had it all under control. I would recommend DJ Dave Productions whole heartedly! He was also a life saver because our original DJ bailed out on us a week before the wedding! Luckily my daughter was getting married on a Sunday and Dave happened to be available. He called us back that night right after we called and left a panicked message. I used Rachel Osterhage for my wedding coordinator and she was amazing! She did everything from my table layout,timeline,contacted various vendors ,made sure everything was setup/brokedown etc. I don't know what I would've done without her. My wedding day went flawless because of Rachel. She stuck to the timeline and made sure my groom and I were happy/taken care of the entire day/night. I had the most amazing wedding all thanks to Rachel! I also need to thank Liz ,she was also around the my entire wedding day and before that as well. I definitely recommend using Rachel . We had the best experience with DJ Dave!! We used DJ Jacob for our wedding after meeting him at the open house our venue was having. He was so fun there when we met him I could only imagine what our day would be like. They had great communication with me and listened to all of my odd requests. Jacob had so many great ideas when it came to getting people on the dance floor and made everything run so smooth. The ceremony songs were timed perfectly and the music at dinner wasn't too loud. Awesome wedding dj. DJ Dave actually met with my husband and my mother to talk to us before even booking. Then the DJ that was actually going to perform at our wedding (Jacob Kelly) met with my husband and myself. Jacob was amped from the get go. During the reception he kept the party going and everything ran smoothly. On the day of Jacob actually showed up with some lighting that we didn't expect which was awesome. I also had bought glow sticks for everyone to wear and Jacob and his assistant were very helpful during the reception to break the glow sticks and get them together for the guests! DJ Dave was fantastic! My husband really cared about having a great party for the reception, and we knew a great DJ was key. Dave was more than happy to try some new ideas of ours (snowball dance - highly recommended) and brought lots of fun ideas to the table to make the reception fun (not an empty dance floor all night). Prior to the big day, there is an online portal that allows you to choose songs and customize which songs to play at certain points throughout the event.
