They have activity tables for kids and the same option for ice cream as the other local ice cream shop. The owner seemed super nice. It's definitely a different a little dated but after a while I'm sure once they get more income they'll be able to upgrade better. Definitely good energy coming from the owner so I hope this blossoms touch something even better. There's a lot of parking since most of the shops in the area are closed.

They checked in on us and asked how it was going. Has been open for about 6-8 months as of now. We had cookie dough, superman, and strawberry cheesecake. I personally favored the strawberry cheesecake flavor! The cookie dough flavor was my least favorite, but still pretty good. They apparently have karaoke on Friday's, and even spin a wheel on Wednesday's for free toppings and other prizes you can win! Will definitely be back.

A friendlier and more helpful attitude would really improve the overall shopping experience. That said, the store itself is large and has a good variety of products. We were looking for a specific type of rice, but unfortunately they didn't have it in stock. However, they did have fresh vegetables and a solid selection of groceries, which was good to see. Overall, the store has potential because of its variety, but better customer service would make us more comfortable about visiting again.

I have been a regular customer at Cherians Indian Grocery in Cumming for the past 12 years, and…read moreuntil today, I had never experienced such poor customer service. During checkout, the cashier, who seemed to be new, made multiple billing errors with my items and did not handle the situation professionally when the mistakes were pointed out.My Idly rice bag was clearly marked as $21.99, but she billed it as $22.99. When I pointed it out, she asked me to go take a picture of the price tag. I told her I did not have my phone with me, and she said she would go check herself. She went but never returned, so I had to go and show her the price tag personally. Even after seeing the $21.99 label, she seemed confused and went to another counter to discuss it with another employee while chatting and laughing instead of resolving the issue professionally. Another item, Paneer, was marked $4.99 on the shelf but was billed as $5.99 and already packed into the bag. I had to ask her again to verify the price before she corrected it. To make matters worse, I had purchased 2 packs of Maggi and returned 1 pack before payment. She started searching through all my groceries as if something was wrong. When I politely asked what she was looking for and explained that I had only returned one pack, she responded very rudely, saying she needed to check everything. After payment, I simply told her that speaking to customers that way was not good for the store's reputation. Instead of handling the feedback professionally, she argued back and told me not to speak to her like that. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but basic customer service and proper training are extremely important. Long-time customers should not have to deal with repeated billing mistakes and rude behavior. With untrained staff and poor customer interaction, Cherians' reputation may suffer in the future.
