It was great wasabi, don't get me wrong, but they didn't advertise it being included in each and every bite/roll, didn't ask us whether or not we would like to include or exclude the wasabi, etc. We had delightful cuts of the best fish, but the wasabi really took away from it. It was more like wasabi rolls, not sushi rolls. Service was quite fast, and they greet you with a hot cup of green tea! We came for their breakfast buffet which I about 15 euro (drinks not included) and has standard German breakfast fare (breads, cheeses & lochs & meats, fruit, etc) as well as onigiri & lots of Japanese & French fusion pastries. You can definitely get your money's worth as you're welcome to visit the buffet table for whatever you'd like. The sweet pastries were a little on the dry side, the macaron especially. I really liked the flavor of the matcha and white chocolate cake I had though. The fresh baguette was a real standout, so incredibly fluffy and moist - enjoyed with some very delicious soft cheeses. They also had mochi which was fun. Lots of drink options. I did the iced matcha latte which had an espresso shot. (Hooray!) We sat in the window in the sunshine and very much enjoyed our breakfast. In the evenings they have sushi I believe. Check out this very adorable spot if you're in Frankfurt and want something a little different.

We ordered the Christmas tree special for the 2 of us and it came with lots of rolls, but most of them tasted mediocre. Some of the raw fish weren't even fresh. Also, the sauces didn't go well with the sushi. Maybe my standards are too high because I'm from California. It's sad to say that the sushi at our Japanese supermarkets are better than this. As I had mentioned previously, it is difficult to find spicy food in Germany. I needed to wake up my taste buds to venture into the city and this was a great spot. The restaurant is large for a German eatery, bursting with orange ceiling lamps and large benches. Completely brightened by the large windows. I was greeted immediately and the gal brought out an English menu for me. Of course, I was in the mood for a big bowl of ramen, and they had a nice vegan option. While waiting, I sipped on a cold green tea and I watched the world go by outside. I love people watching! Pretty quickly, the steaming hot bowl of ramen arrived. Full of veggies and enoki mushrooms that I love. Of course, it had zero spice but still was tasty. There are a variety of hot sauces as well as Togarashi, so I pretty much added each one into my food. The noodles had a nice bite to them and the veggies were still crisp. Great food and super customer service!
