There's also this buttery cheese, sweet potato dish which takes about twenty minutes to cook up on the BBQ but is worth the wait. The service here is great. They always remember to refill my green tea and there's this delicious complimentary soup which comes in a teapot that you can easily fill up on and ruin your dinner if you're not careful. I had read a recommendation for the Nasu Dengaku - grilled eggplant with miso - and this was one of the highlights of the meal. The eggplant was cooked to perfection - the flesh so soft and creamy - and the miso on top was super tasty. You can eat the flesh and skin of the eggplant, it was so well cooked.
