I asked for medium spice on the palak paneer and it was great - I felt the heat but it was flavorful, not overpowering. The combination of these three dishes was really more food than I could finish, too. I'll definitely return when I have the chance passing through the area in the future, and if you're on the fence, I highly recommend you give this restaurant a chance - you won't regret it!

The inside is rather small with only a few tables. The decor is cheap and oddly put together which I feel is somewhat common for these types of places. They did try to dress the place up and make it look nice, but you know. On the bright side, it's pretty clean and the kitchen/office area is nicely disguised behind sheets. But what about the food? It's delicious. Everything is cooked to order and tastes fresh. It's served at a good temperature, ready to eat. All the dishes I've had were flavorful. The utensils and napkins are self-serve and you're asked to clear your place when done. There's covered outdoor seating with wind guards. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived but the person at the front desk completely ignored us for about 5 minutes slowly walking back and forth to the kitchen and then placing mango lassi in the fridge. Fortunately his daughter is a nurse and was over to check on him. He was sick with food poisoning for a week and she stayed with him, nursing him back to health. She said the most probable cause was the chicken he ate. The environment is quite interesting. In the center, there is a cool hanging garden, along with a "bar" with various liquors on display. You can order at the table or through the server. We loved the egg bhurji and the hum tum.
