Dr. Mai Le is one of the most wonderful doctor I have seen in the past 10 years. She is very…read moredetailed, smart, professional, thorough, kind, and sweet doctor. She listens to your concerns, symptoms, problems, and come up with the best care and treatments. She always makes sure that I don't have any further question before she leaves the exam room. She ordered a lot of tests for me when I first came to see her as a new patient to find out what was wrong with my health, and follow up with me. She always explains very well the treatments, side effects of the medications. Dr. Le is the only doctor that I found doesn't come in the room seeing you for 5 mins then walks out the door. I had been to the doctors offices, waited in the lobby for 20-30 mins, then when the MA called a me to the back office, Doctor came in , talked to me for 2-3 mins then done. It made me felt like doctors just don't care and listen to my symptoms. But Dr Le is different. She shows respect, her kindness, yet passion and professional. She is great at what she is doing. I was advised that my primary doctor wasn't available and this goof ball told me I needed to wait 10-14 days to see if my symptoms would clear up. I shared with him that if he read my charts, he would see that historically I catch the flu in Dec/Jan as I travel to NYC and this year, it was freezing cold. During the zoom meeting, he kept rolling his eyes and telling me about his 500 other patients and his credentials that makes him an expert. They happily provided one and we set up an appointment for the check up itself once the report from lab work would be available. Next I get a surprise. Get a bill from my insurance for a doctors office visit (I didnt make any office visit except collecting a paper for blood work). Reached out to the office and the receptionist said please email our office manager (Fact check: there is no office manager, its the doctor herself). The doctor called me and said they need to pull my records/file spend time to write a lab work so its considered a service. She even went on to say, a patient is suppose to come in person for physical check up first, then we order blood work and then we set up another appointment for follow up. This said everything about the practice.
