Dr manshadi has been my cardiologist for over 20 years. He is VERY thorough and caring! I consider him one of the best in our area!

If negative stars were possible... TLDR: RUN!! Go anywhere else but here. Office staff are incompetent, tone deaf, and not respectful of your time. They will flood you with automated reminders of appointments they will not keep. Background: Brother needed a nuclear heart test for foot surgery clearance. He has a murmur, but no complications, no heart medications. Sounds easy, right?? Appt #1: was scheduled by primary care physician who knows this doctor. When we arrive the day of appointment, we are told the doctor isn't here, you will need to reschedule. What?! I took the day off from work and drove an hour and a half to be here. We only do those tests on Monday But it's Monday. Yeah, but not today. Their next opening was weeks later, so upcoming surgery had to be cancelled and delayed for months. Appt #2: Cancelled by phone about a week before appointment. "Doctor is at a conference." I say he has foot surgery scheduled and only needs clearance. Sure, no problem. Appt #3: Cancelled by phone about 2 hours before appointment. "Equipment is down." This person is actually nice and informed (she is a contractor). I provide a date the following week that I have an opening. She says she will talk to office staff and get that slot (they don't) She says she and office staff will call me back (they don't). I call a few days later for update. Yes, appointment was scheduled, but not the date or time I requested. Great, I have to take another day off work. I remind them he has surgery scheduled and needs clearance. Sure, no problem. Appt #4: Appointment is at 830am. We are on time. Wait, wait, wait. After 30 minutes, I check in with office staff who say yes, we are in correct building (there are 2 connected offices with zero signage), we are next, there is no problem. Same response 20 minutes later. After an hour, I see contractor with logo shirt and ask them if there is a delay. They respond, "No, your appointment is at 10am." I went back to front office and they said there must have been a mix-up, but maintain his appointment is at 830. Obviously not IF WE ARE STILL WAITING at 10am. While we were in the office, we saw breakfast delivered, medical students touring, but ZERO attention to patient care. You can't miss all the posters touting the doctor's brilliance and the advertisements for books he has written. None of them must have been about patient care or hiring competent staff. Over the next week following the test, I expect to receive a call, notice, etc., with test results. NO. Of course not. After more than a week has passed, I call. Again, no apologies for their incompetence. No, they can't give me results, but they can schedule a phone appointment... a month later. I say no, that doesn't work, he has surgery before then. We just need the clearance. Oh, I didn't know that (aren't you supposed to??? This is what we have been trying to accomplish for 6 months). Phone appointment scheduled for the next week. Appt #5 (phone): Staff calling to pre-screen before speaking with doctor. She asks a litany of questions about current medications, insurance, symptoms, blood pressure today. I don't know my brother's blood pressure today. I just need his surgery clearance. Oh, we don't have the test results yet. WHAT?! Then why are you calling me? Why don't you have the results after more than two weeks? And why would you schedule an appointment to review results if you don't have them? True to form, no apologies, no explanation, just another phone appointment scheduled. Appt #6 (phone): Staff called to cancel less than one hour prior to appointment. She reschedules for later that evening. Fine, whatever. Appt #7 (phone): Staff calls 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to make sure we are ready to take call. Then the doctor calls an hour and 15 minutes later. We FINALLY speak to him and he says why didn't they do xyz test? Seriously?! He hadn't looked at his chart in the last 5 months that we have been scheduling appointments? I say, I don't know doctor, this is appointment number SEVEN, so your guess is as good as mine. Does he have surgery clearance since it is THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW? Of course, no problem, just do xyz test as soon as he can. I ask him to fax the surgery clearance to the foot doctor and primary, he says he will have his staff do it tomorrow. Day of surgery- Surgical center staff asks where is his surgery clearance. Of course, Dr. Manshadi and his staff didn't send as promised. I call the office, give them a fax # and tell them surgery is scheduled for less that 60 minutes from now. They send it (I'm shocked) and surgery goes as planned. I am finally free of this nightmare. I will never return. Three times I had to take the day off from work and drive over an hour in each direction for a test my brother likely did not need, but no one had taken the time to review his case. This is how they treat patients on Medicare. They get paid if you have to keep coming back. read more

I have had an awful experience here. Last week my appointment was for 2:45. Waited initially for an hour then got called in to do the initial stuff with the nurse at 3:45. She then stuck me in another waiting room in the back because they didn't even have exam rooms free. Grabbed me from there around 4:05 and put me in a room, waited there until 4:30 when the student doctors got there to ask questions for ten minutes. I was an anxious mess the whole time. the actual doc got there around 4:50, looked over the students notes, said he wants to order an ultrasound and a monitor, listened to my heart with a stethoscope, patted me on the back, and then just said "okay head to the front desk". He didn't even really look at me all that often or talk with me more than to ask a couple questions, and didn't make me feel like my care was a priority. The tests that I thought would happen that day had to be scheduled for another day. So that another day was today. They did get me in much closer to my appointment time this time and the ultrasound went fine, but then I find out what the monitor is and that I have to wear it for 24 hours and come back again the next day to get it off. No one at my initial appointment, not even Dr. Manshadi who ordered the test, told me what it was/how it worked/what I would have to do and that I would have something stuck to my chest and not allowed to shower for 24 hours and come back again the next day, or I would have planned accordingly. When I expressed the fact that no one prepared me for any of this to the woman who put it on me and that I had to change my plans for both tonight and tomorrow, she basically just shrugged while I stood there stressing and then only told me that I couldn't shower and had an optional symptom log. The paper they gave me though had one piece of information saying I was supposed to push the button when I noticed symptoms but since she didn't mention it verbally, i have high doubts of what is going on. Dr. Manshadi told me nothing about the test I was having done and did not make any efforts to prepare me for it. I unfortunately have to go back tomorrow and then have a phone appointment for results in a few weeks but have lost any confidence that that my experience will be better, and can't wait for it to be over. read more

Front office is very disorganized. Scheduling appointments is difficult. Having appointments canceled with very short or no notice is common. Phone appointments are usually late by several hours. read more

This office is a MESS. Every time you have an appointment you wait HOURS. I would highly recommend NOT going to this doctor.

I can not adequately express my complete satisfaction and appreciation to Dr.Manshadi for his superb medical diagnosis. After being told by my health care provider that I have an enlarged heart about 25 years ago, I was fortunate to have a complete exam of my heart done by Dr. Manshadi. To my complete amazement and disbelief, the results of my exam proved that the earlier diagnosis was totally wrong and I do not have an enlarged heart!!! I highly recommend Dr. Manshadi to anyone who is looking for an honest, sincere, intelligent, and caring cardiologist. read more

I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Manshadi and am grateful to have found this office. He ordered several tests to see if I had any issue with my heart, based off the symptoms I've been experiencing. I did not have a referral, let that be noted. Office staff is kind and helpful! The ladies that operate the testing side are amazing and kind as well! If you need a cardiologist, this is the place to go! And also, I noticed a few negative reviews about having to wait etc.; this is a Cardiologist who is on call at times and when an emergent situation arises, he will be called to the hospital. This happened during my first appointment as well. While I do understand everyone's time is valuable, his is even more, due to the fact that he's saving lives. Be patient and kind humans. read more

Dr. Manshadi was one of the first to give covid-19 vaccines including booster, not only to patients but also non patients at no cost. He is a very dedicated and caring Doctor, I would say one of the few in the 209 area. His office staff is very friendly and understanding. My entire family was vaccinated here. My issue is the 1 to 2 hour wait. The staff is somewhat friendly, depending on who you get. They take your vitals and stick you in a room. The office is old, they've done some upgrades, but they are in need of more. The office has adequate equipment to do stress and heart tests. For my first visit I was told I was his first appointment which was at 9am. He was late to the office and I didn't actually see him until about 10:15. My second visit was in the afternoon, and again I waited almost 2 hours to see him. Manshadi is very knowledgeable though. He did a complete and thorough check and ran plenty of tests to ensure my heart was strong and healthy. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all. 5 stars for Dr. Manshadi, but 3 stars for my overall experience (wait time, staff, facility, a/c not working). I've been seeing him for almost a year, with a total of 3 visits. read more

Dr. Manshadi is the smartest most intelligent cardiologist that I know. He was able to take care of my mother in law at a moment notice, improved the medications she was taking for blood pressure and recommended few lifestyle changes to improve her heart and overall health read more

Respecting his achievements that i have learnt from his office's wall, I would like to write a great review like others . Well, very prolong waiting times, meeting with physician assistants or nurse practioners ( well, i saw different ones at a time) , made me very upset. The management of his office is very upsetting too. They weigh , check your pressure from the assistants and ask you to sit back at the lobby. I have never seen that kind of service in any clinic before. So your waiting time is longer than before. The girls couldn't track accurately who comes / who appointment time is first. It happens all the time. I appreciate his commitment to the community and I would like them to appreciate the patients' time as well. read more

Dr. Manshadi is great and tops with my family! After doing research on the various MD's around town I finally settled on Dr. Manshadi based on his amazing profile (awards, news, etc.). I could not have been more pleased with his practice, his professionalism, and his overall knowledge. I take have put my grandparents and my parents under his care and I have been impressed with every encounter I have had with him. I am very particular about who I see and the quality of care, but Dr. Manshadi has surpassed anything I could have expected. He is absolutely he best in his field and saved my grandfather's heart twice (he is not 92, and going strong). He has ben there to answer our concerns and has treated us like family when he was hospitalized-doing everything he can for best recovery. Very caring and through, HIGHLY recommended. The only thing I will tell you is that he not one of those doctors that will prescribe anything for anyone, he takes his job very seriously and will hear you out and will definitely give you choices. But he is legit, not Dr. feel good ( a big plus for me..!) I've already recommended to both family and friends, and now to you read more
