Are you kidding me what am I considered an Alien? I have no issues with his staff. The issue is the doctor which is too lazy to do his job. During this visit, he commenced to belittle me because I would take a shot because of affordability. He literally insisted that I explain how it was that I couldn't afford the shot even snickering at me in front of the intern. He has no bed side manner. Currently he's holding up a colonoscopy because I didn't get a stress test 2 years ago which was between 2 spinal surgeries. Doesn't care to hear what the patient has to say. I've complained in the past but no apologies. I have never had less than 45min wait in exam room after appointment.

I told him you conducted patient abandonment and left a 67 year old patient on a procedure table while you were sipping champagne on a flight from India! Then when I wanted to speak to you at the hospital you walked the other way! I am not dumb! You knew what you had going on! I advised him there is no reason for contact my father is no longer a patient he went with qualified doctor not so quack just there to make money! Sutter of this is the kind of cardiologist that you have And you allow them to harass patients who file complaints they I will include you in the lawsuit as well you can't play God with people's life's! And don't ask me to call and discuss this all I get is a voicemail some customer service! I will not take my do to this doctor My father was scheduled for a procedure on 8/2/2017 at 9 am at St. Joseph's Medical Center with Dr. Punnam! The staff got my dad all set up provided medicine and took him on and where is the doctor oh he was a no show!!!! The staff paged him called him and tried everything to get contact to him that he had his patient waiting for hi. Finally they call his office to be told that he was out of the country and was on a plane! Really???? What kind of doctor are you that you have a 67 year old man scared and stressed for two weeks along with his daughter about a procedure that you school during a trip out of the states???? Really poor excuse in my book for a doctor! So they had to see what partner was going to take care of the procedure pushed my dad back by 6 hours and 30 minutes put Saint Joseph's staff through hell but this guy is sitting in first class enjoying his flight! While I am sitting here a whole day worried about my father! Bad doctor bad bad doctor! Hope no one does this to your family member

I had the opportunity to go with her to an office visit as she had a fall and needed my assistance. He listens very closely to your concerns and handles the situation with professional attitude and compassion. He immediately contacted the surgeon that was going to do my wife's surgery and explained her condition with her heart and concerns for surgery. He seems to take charge and make things happen like medical services used to be with modern technology to best serve the patient. Best cardiologist in area IMO.

Called a few friends and they all suggested Dr Kailey. Her manner with the children and interaction with them is the best. She gives them little nicknames and you can truly tell she loves her job. She listens and discusses your concerns and answers any questions. The office has followed up with us days later when the boys have been real sick to see if we need to be seen again. As we have added more children to our family there has never been a doubt as to who their Dr will be. The office staff is always great and helpful, wait time is generally 5-10 minutes. Waiting area is always clean and smells clean. They have been real good about getting in on same day appts when needed. The only issue I have and this is just my own preference, is that I wish they had a separate area for sick children and non sick. Nothing worse than bringing you well child in for a well check and being around sick kids or vice verses.

Student doctor was very nice, thorough and approachable. He looked up one thing and reported back to me during the appt. He told me that Dr. Joseph was running behind, and she was not friendly and seemed to be in a super rush. I felt more like a number than a patient that was cared about. Nearly everything I had discussed with the student doctor was not discussed between me and Dr. Joseph. She did not ask me if I needed to discuss anything, but said something like we were done with nothing else to discuss. The nurse was going to see if she could access my blood work and never got back to me and Dr. Joseph didn't try to get it either. I had brought the info with me but she was so quick and unfriendly that I didn't feel comfortable to talk with her about it. I actually felt like crying when I left there because it was such a bad experience and I have health concerns and could not discuss them with Dr. Joseph.
