Unfortunately Dr. Scott and his team were rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the entire process. I received immense pushback on even the simplest questions about the process and diagnosis, his office staff were downright hostile throughout the scheduling process, and they failed to send orders in a timely fashion. Dr. Scott clearly knew that this was wrong, because he half apologized during one of my followup appointments (however he took great joy in derailing his "apology" by waving my file around and telling me that he was right all along). I have no clue what has changed in that office, but his priority was very clearly to make me feel afraid for my health rather than making a rational plan for treatment. I will absolutely never set foot in this office again, which is a shame considering that he has been my doctor for more than half my life. I am so disappointed in what his office has become.

He said he would not do sonogram and will do it with his hands I was told with my period date i would be 7 weeks he stuck his hands in me and told me "yeah this isn't a good one , your probably right" (about having a miscarriage) "I'd say it's at least 4 weeks if anything" . While he was in the middle of telling me about his patient with 4 c sections and how he "was barely able to put her back together". It was the best recommendation I have EVER gotten. She is a caring and peaceful doctor that listens to you with an open mind. Her visits were much longer than my previous OBs because she sat down with you and got to know you. I really loved that! I felt like I wasn't a medical chart, but a human being. When it came time to have my sweet little baby girl. My goals were to have the most natural birth possible and I did! With the help of a wonderful doula I stayed home and labored til I was 10cm dialated. When I got to the hospital Dr. Bouchard welcomed me with a warm smile and told me everything was going to be ok. I felt so at peace knowing she was there--because I knew I was in good hands. My husband absolutely loves her and loved her bedside manner. She has a old fashion manner that many doctors nowadays lack! We need more loving and caring doctors like Dr. Bouchard! If you are considering her for your OB/GYN care I would be more than happy to give you more information about her. I am 100% happy with her and recommend her to anyone that needs a docter that listens to you and takes the time to make you feel like you ARE important and your care is important.
