Two when I did get a care giver it was a different one every day and I had to explain and show them what to do which I may as well just do myself cause I'm doing it anyways. Three when you call to get answers they either don't answer, don't return calls, or when they do answer it's just excuses after excuses. I have even been told I'm not as critical as other patients so I gotta wait, who are they to make that diagnosis, I fell the other day with no one around, at the very time I should have had a caregiver. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who wants quality care for your lovers one or yourself. They only care about the money.
