Carly Reeves is a fantastic Commercial Agent. She is kind, smart, pays attention to details and knows the different Los Angeles neighborhoods. It was easy to reach her and she responds quickly. She went the extra mile to help me find a space within the budget. For instance, the square footage was less than listed and she was able to use that as leverage to sweeten the deal. She was my advocate, but she was also diplomatic with the lease agent. My negotiation went smoothy, but took time. Carly was very patient and attentive during that tedious part. I will definitely reach out to Carly Reeves when I'm ready for my next commercial space! Highly recommend.

It was the worst experience we have ever had working with a real estate agent. Not to mention, the contract was full of mistakes and she sent it via Docusign without us even reviewing it. I have no idea how she is licensed but I would caution anyone against working with her or anyone at KHAJAVIJAN where their standards for their agents' behavior is clearly very low.
