Dr Dee Dee Lee provided a pain free experience. She removed a portion of my tooth that was cracked…read moreand provided me with a temporary crown today. She was friendly, kind and patient. Dr Lee shared pictures of my affected tooth. She took the time to be thorough prepping for the crown and explained what she was doing thru the process. The receptionist informed me what the process would cost me before the procedure. I am completely happy with the service all around.

It's worth it to have an honest and ethical dentist. He was correct as to the problem with tooth #5 as to do the right exploration to determine it was a hopeless vertical crack whereas Lang's suggested root canal. Sure enough it was exactly what Dr. Brown said; a hopeless crack because when the oral surgeon removed it, it came out in 2 vertical segments. Erin Deedy: I had a spontaneous gum inflammation to tooth #15 that just came out of nowhere as in the same day it was fine, later that day the area inflamed. Dr. Deedy took me in at the last minute and was on target with what it was; inflammation coming from the deep periodontal pockets and she did an isolated cleaning and flushing to that tooth which was exactly what I wanted. I am very grateful for her good timing and also 'hearing me out' as to what I suspected it could most likely be. The whole staff is always very patient with me too.

We regret going to Dr. Morgan. We would advise against going to this practice. Recently, we went in…read moreto fix a problem for one of our children and left with an even worse outcome. We were caught off guard, as traumatic, and were given a hasty explanation when it occurred. The follow-up communication was poor and at times argumentative. We switched providers for all our children after this experience and are still dealing with the aftermath. This was not the first negative experience with this practice. We should have switched earlier. Dr Morgan also told us on two occasions "that this has never happened in my career". Read the reviews here on google and on Yelp, and you will see a clear pattern of behavior. We rarely give reviews or complain, but we felt compelled after our experience.

Don't. I'm changing dentists…read more After 2 years, my family and I are moving on. Every appt I make, it either gets cancelled same day or rescheduled. I've showed up for my appt and no one is around to greet me for 10-15 min. My last straw was when i came in for my appt, and the dr literally said "I have to go" you're in good hands (meaning the hygienist) she left, I never even got to see my Dentist! So unprofessional

Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist's office. As a new patient I had filled out their…read moreforms and mailed them in about a month or so prior to my appointment (just a routine cleaning) to make sure everything went smoothly. I had to line up a babysitter for my two toddlers in order to go to the appointment. When I went in the tech acted like they had no information on me and started with the health history all over again. If they actually hadn't received the forms, you would think that they would have had me fill these out in the waiting room instead of the tech going through 2 pages of questions verbally. The first question she asked was if I'm under a doctor's care. I told her I'm under the care of an oncologist as I have breast cancer, but I am NOT currently on any treatment whatsoever as I have an upcoming surgery. The tech immediately stated that I would need clearance from my oncologist in order to receive a cleaning. I told her I don't need clearance as I'm not on any treatment (which means absolutely Nothing, no chemo, no medication), and if I needed clearance my oncologist would have told me so. She continued to insist that I need clearance and tried to call his office, which was not open for another hour. Then she tried to get me to come back in 3 hours. I told her I have two toddlers at home with a sitter and could not drag this out for another 3 hours waiting for a clearance that I don't need in the first place. She continued to go on about how its her license on the line even though I had signed an Informed Consent for Treatment document and sent it in with the rest of the paperwork. She made me feel as though I was a liar about not being on treatment, and a liability to her career because I have cancer. I finally gave up arguing with her and told her point blank that having cancer has already made my life a living hell, but now I can't even get my teeth cleaned because of it? Then I walked out the door. I understand the tech felt like she needed to keep herself covered but that's why they have patients fill out consent forms and release their liability if anything goes wrong. This office was beyond unprofessional, obviously disorganized, not to mention clueless and insensitive about their patients. I left there feeling as though I wasn't just a person needing a routine cleaning, just a big red X with cancer that they wanted nothing to do with.

I had been a patient of Dr. Dheeraj for years in Portland Maine. I now drive 2 hours to his office…read morein Westford! It is well worth the trip. Dr. Dheeraj is kind and gentle and explains everything that he does. I have had him do a root canal as well as crowns and was completely satisfied. The dentist I see when I am in Florida even commented on how good the work was that he had done on my teeth. My husband needed a crown and the doctor is so particular that he sent the crown back to be remade since it wasn't up to his standards. Because of his kind and quiet manner I wouldn't hesitate to bring children to his practice. No one hated the dentist more than me until I met Dr. Dheeraj when I broke a tooth and needed emergency care. I highly recommend him and his wonderful hygienists!
