He remained with us as we cleaned out the vehicle, suggesting areas we forgot to look and helped take off the plates because I didn't bring tools. He advised me ahead of time of what was needed in order to obtain access to the vehicle, and he followed the rules of making sure I was the owner of the vehicle once I arrived.
