You can also add Rain-x protection at the end of the wash for a couple bucks more. I usually go for the Gold wash which includes a chassis spray to wash the garbage off the bottom of your car. Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me…read more Don't even drive into the automatic wash here. There is no escape route once you change your mind about wanting to drive your vehicle through this thing. Seriously... if you have driven as far as the payment/menu board, this is the point of no return. Concrete barriers keep your car from being able to escape. YOU MUST PAY FOR AND GO THROUGH THE CAR WASH AT THIS POINT. THERE IS NO TURNING BACK! In all honesty, this car wash is equivalent to those car washes you see at car washes with do-it-yourself bays but then they always have "that one automatic wash bay" that you over pay for cuz it's the only thing around, then you roll over the metal thing with your tire - *CLUNK* - and then the spray/wash nozzle machine circles your car a couple times. You always feel a bit taken at the end. Well that's exactly what this is only they have the cheap auto wash enclosed in a big pole building to give the illusion from the outside that this is a grander drive-thru car wash. You pull into this long pole building expecting to see it full of really cool automatic mechanisms and robot arms doing their things to clean your car. But when you pull in you are dismayed to find that 20 ft into the building sits the one and only wash mechanism. A slow water spritzer that circles your car a couple times. As it spritz's your car, colorful lights come on as some way to make you feel like you're really getting something special! When it's done, you drive all the way to the other end of the building to get to the blow dryers, which by the way, by the time you've driven to them you've already lost a full 5 seconds of the paltry 40 second dry time allotment. Yep... only 40 seconds. (cheapskates) Now i understand why there are never any other cars going there. Epic failure.
