For this past year, they have changed the teacher 4 times so far, and every time the change was announced right before class begin or the end of the previous class. Then, they encouraged parents to participate on the parents observation day. But when I rescheduled my other events to be there, I could only find they have a new teacher. The new teacher was neither prepared nor feeling comfortable to have the parents around. I could only see the last 5 minutes of the class and that 5 minutes were not impressive at all. I could understand things happen all the time. But you can't throw surprises one after another at the parents throgh out the school year. This school need serious improvements on their management.
