First sign should have been that it was really hard to figure out who the company was when I was trying to read the inspection. I paid for my own inspection. The selling agent was saying the property was in great shape based on the pre inspection. Well my inspection did not say the same thing. Many many many safety issues. Decks falling off, electrical panel melting. Just bad. All bad plumbing. Minimum of 200k in repairs. Glad I got a second opinion on this guys. Go with the company with good reviews!

This childish and unprofessional behavior also happened at the Feb board meeting when she criticized a neighbor. She smiled at the April meeting when neighbors admonished her behavior- treating neighbors poorly is not a laughable topic. She does not reply to emails or phone calls on a regular basis so if you want a PM who communicates with your neighbors, she might not work out.

Never felt that she was on top of anything and her suggestions and recommendations did not seem to be in our best interests. Initially she listed our house @ 100,000 over market value. We did question that before signing but she was adamant that was a good price. Decided she is one of those agents who "Buy your listing" by suggesting high price and then subtly suggests that you lower price constantly. She brought in what she said was a "qualified" buyer for a lease option and, when buyer wasn't paying or following guidelines, Carol constantly recommended that we do what it would take to make this nonpaying buyer "happy", as they were young and didn't know any better and would only be more difficult if we enforced our rights as owners. Ending up having to evict the nonpayer. By the end, we terminated Carol's service and found a selling agent who did represent us well. Extremely disappointed over the wasted time and money. The listing, when properly priced by another agent, sold quickly. Would never recommend Carol as a selling agent.
