The grounds are kept really clean and trimmed, and the garbage bins were not full or overflowing with gross stuff. There was never any drama amongst the tenants, as everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves. My only complaint being the paper mill is close enough to get sucked in through your heating system and fill your apartment with paper-smell. But that's nothing they can fix, so it doesn't affect the score I'm giving. It's also a great distance from town, and close to QFC. The hospital rarely gets loud, only with the helicopter landing on its roof. And that was only twice while I lived there for 6 months. If I still lived in PT, I would still be there!

There are laws protecting minority populations from Religious Discrimination and providing reasonable accommodation. This Keller Williams office is brazenly signaling which clientele it favors. It was not clear which "God" is being referred to, nor what composition of "Family", but what is clear is that certain persons are probably not welcome at this Keller Williams office.

Rentals go from 4pm Friday to 11am the next Friday. I love that the only thing you need to bring is food and pay a cleaning fee ($60-$70). Every unit has dishes, bedding, basic soap and shampoo (like a hotel), and towels. All units also have a DVD player. The office has books and movies you can borrow. There is also wi-fi, but I found that it wasn't always reliable and hard to connect to sometimes. Extra bonus for the club house with hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool, walking trails, and a private beach. Couldn't give full marks because some of the furniture, pots/pans and art in the units are outdated. Though I guess it's up to the owners to change that themselves.
