When you meet Trisha Cobb RE/MAX Prime www.trulia.com/profile/trishacobb…read more (I met her via telephone after receiving an oversized postcard with her smiling face on it) you will find her to be honest & straight forward and a pleasure to speak with & to deal with ... but unlike most real estate sales people she actually remains that way throughout your entire experience with her. I call that honorable. I speak from experience, having been in the real estate business 22 years in California, having seen dozens of agents misrepresent their expertise and hurt their clients because of it ... that's why I simply adore this woman and how experienced & knowledgeable she is & how well she handled ALL aspects of the sale of my waterfront property in Sequim Washington. How lucky was I ... living in Arizona and owning a piece of land in Washington State that I needed to sell (NOW) and at the mercy of any supposed experienced Washington State agent who gives me the story they believe I want to hear in order to get my listing. (which happened to me twice) & though I have never met her face to face, I received Gold Star treatment and weekly updates. This treatment in comparison to the realtor I had the year before who not only outright lied to me but gave me no indication she was anything but a fraud. So from the bottom of my heart, Thanx Trisha !!! Anybody who has you list or represent them otherwise in a real estate transaction is truly blessed...just like I was. JC Scott Mesa, AZ

Dear Potential Buyer/Seller, Whenever I find an exceptional…read moreservice provider, I always want to share that "find" with others. In 2019, I decided to sell my parents' house on Diamond Point, a secluded area 10 miles east of Sequim, WA. Their house was built in 1980 and was in its original condition. The problem was I live in San Diego, CA 1100 miles away. I went online, researched realtors in the Sequim area and developed a short list of names to interview. I flew up and conducted personal interviews; one realtor stood out - Ms. Trisha Cobb. She showed up for the interview with a property analysis and clearly demonstrated her knowledge of the local real estate market; she was my first choice and hired on the spot. My initial approach was to sell the property "as is" and not put any money into improving its appearance. Trisha convinced me to make some modest upgrades and helped develop a budget to accomplish those improvements. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, Trisha also has impressive interior design knowledge/experience. Fortunately, for me, I put my complete trust in Trisha and went along with all her upgrade recommendations -- the end results were amazing -- the new interior appearance looked phenomenal. Here is the best part, Trisha had a list of vendors/contractors that accomplished all the improvements at a fair price, in an expeditious manner and within budget. Okay, now all the improvements/upgrades have been completed. It is the end of November and the house was put on the market. My first thought was the house will not sell until the summer. Well, the property had been on the market less than two weeks when we received a very competitive offer, which we accepted. The sale closed one month after the property went on the market. As a long distance client, Trisha Cobb met or exceeded all my expectations; many times, she went above and beyond to get the property ready for market. Over my lifetime I have worked with numerous realtors, and Trisha is unquestionably the BEST - head and shoulders above all others. If you are a buyer or a seller, you can put your complete trust in Trisha. She is hard working, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, and has a superb design sense. Select Trisha to represent your real estate interests - you won't be disappointed! Richard Haas

We used this office in 2013 to sell my deceased father's home in Sequim. We live out of state and…read moreneeded an office we felt would represent our interests since we couldn't be there to represent them ourselves. It's a long, convoluted story I won't bore you with, but my dad's home sort of fell in this offices' lap by way of a different realtor. They had to do virtually no marketing that we know of and the home sold & closed within 4 months of them receiving the business. At first, when our agent (Eric Hegge) wanted the keep our business, he was very solicitous and helpful. When it became apparent the house would be selling, his demeanor changed. He was short in emails, told us things to appease us even though they weren't really true, complained when he had to walk the property to find the property markers and pushed hard for us to pay someone to do it... I mean, really, it was the only thing above and beyond he really did for us (outside of the normal realtor paperwork & phone calls). Oh - he also bought two CO2 monitors for us at Home Depot and plugged them in. He then backcharged us the $50 they cost at closing. The nail in the coffin, though, was the thank you we received. The house sold for over half a million dollars, which equals a nice paycheck for 4 months of work. We received an email - an EMAIL - with one line that said something to the effect of, "Congratulations - your house has closed. Thank you for your business." We were shocked at this horrible business practice. Over half a million dollars and we get a one line email thank you? He could have at least hand written a thank you to us. It was bad business but he really didn't care because we were out of state and he knew we wouldn't be back for any future business. I wrote a letter to the owner of this office telling him about our experience and I heard crickets in return. Bottom line: if you live out of state and need to sell property, find a different office who will truly care about you as a client regardless of whether you'll be back or not.
