We were so lucky to have a recommendation of Teri Price by a realtor who was retiring. Teri and her husband Doug work together and both have given us great service in buying a new house and then selling our old home. Buying a house is a major lifetime purchase for many of us and it comes with a lot of anxiety about spending so much money. Teri gave us such good advice and was always there to answer questions. She knows a lot of good people for inspection and repairs who we used on both houses. Her expertise in presenting our home for sale led to many qualified offers and we were able to close the sale quickly. On top of all that Teri and Doug are such pleasant and generous people-- it made the house buying and selling process much easier. read more

Teri and Doug are fabulous. They were knowledgeable, attentive, on top of things, explained everything so the "real estate dummy" that I am could understand. And made sure I didn't miss any deadlines. I can't say enough about them! If I could give them 25 stars it still wouldn't be enough. read more

We contacted Teri to look for a home in Sequim. There are four of us and we all flew out to Sequim to see homes with Teri. I can't speak more highly about my realtors Teri and Doug Price @ priceforhomes@gmail.com. Their attention to my specific needs and requirements landed me my "forever home". Their diligence in combing the available inventory for the list of "must haves", plus and their on-going communications to keep me in the loop of activities through the buying process made this purchase occur without any hitches or delays. They're dedicated in finding the home that makes you "sparkle" is endless. 1) Teri and Doug are local folks, having grown up here gives them a vast knowledge of the Sequim area, old and new neighborhoods, rules, and regulations, they are a gold mine of information. 2) Purchasing a home in this competitive market required writing an offer to win out all others but not overpricing the home. Teri is brilliant at this, the strategy used provided me the best opportunity. 3) Teri is personable, likes to get to know you and what your desires are in a home, she is honest, straightforward, and dedicated to ensuring you have all the information needed to make this big decision. I think she gets as much joy out of finding the perfect home as the person does in buying it. 4) Being a key resource in the area, Teri can provide a buffet of resources for the little and big jobs that the new homeowner may need down the road. I am so fortunate to had them as relators, and an on-going friend in Sequim. read more

We are eternally grateful for Teri and Doug's assistance with purchasing our first and forever home. From start to finish, Teri made the process smooth and as anxiety-free as possible while still being transparent and candid when necessary. We genuinely felt that Teri had our best interests in mind and expertly guided us through the daunting process of purchasing a home as first-time, out-of-state buyers during the COVID-19 outbreak nonetheless. At the time of the purchase we were living in a different time zone and navigating through the process of moving. Teri was always understanding and accommodating with her schedule and promptly communicated no matter what time of day. If it weren't for Teri's keen eye and prompt communication, we would have certainly missed out on the incredible dream home we now own. Teri made it clear that we should contact her about any issues even after the purchase was finalized. Several weeks after closing on the home an incident occurred with the septic. Teri responded immediately, helped us navigate the best course of action, and handled the issue expertly immediately dispelling our anxiety about the situation. Teri and Doug possess a professional network of experts in all things home buying related which was invaluable as out-of-state buyers. We cannot recommend Teri and Doug enough, thank you for everything! read more

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Teri. As out-of-state buyers, long distance, we relied upon her guidance and knowledge of the local market to help us find a good match to our price range and personal preferences; and although nothing on the market in that time frame quite fit, and we ended up in a distant county, she tirelessly supplied us with "possibles" to consider, even went to properties we had questions about; took photos of important aspects of them she felt we should know about; obtained all information available regarding properties we were interested in, and checked out every possibility on our behalf! Teri is thoughtful and considerate. (Oops, there are those pesky adjectives!) She stayed in touch and was always responsive, even when her schedule was on the full side!! Anyone wanting the best possible real estate experience, with the warmest, most sincere and knowledgeable realtor ever, would do well to call Teri Price!! read more

First, let me premise this with the following: Teri and Doug Price are, by far, the best real estate agents ever! I have bought and sold many homes over the years, in 3 different states, and while my previous favorite agent was really great, Doug and Teri far out-distanced her! We decided to downsize from our "fabulous house with incredible Sound views", to a "smaller, but similar house with incredible Sound views." It was the dead of winter in 2019 when we decided to sell. Teri is a superb marketer. She delved into the historical aspect of our house, whose history was handed to us by the previous owner, but not disclosed or identified by his agent when we purchased the house. As it turned out, one of the main streets in town is named after the owner of our house - Sims Rd!!. Teri is a marketing genius and zero-ed in on its historical importance. Not only the original owner was famous, but our house was also a Beard Award-Winning restaurant with photographs as provenance. What you get from this team is Teri, as the marketing and detail-oriented real estate marketing genius, and you also get her fabulous husband Doug. He is a former law enforcement officer, a contractor, and a genius experienced at home repair contractor!!! They also stay with you until the end, even if it goes beyond picking up all of the pieces beyond the sale! What more can you ask for??? This is a 5 Star Team!!! read more

My wife found Teri long distance and made contact, hopeful, but, y'know, realtors. We had tempered our expectations based on past experience. Right away, Teri distinguished herself, understanding what we were looking for and setting up an online portal populated by listings we were actually excited about. By the time we met her in person for a look-see trip we were all on the same page - she did not waste even one minute of our time pushing some loser property. She showed us houses that met our criteria, and now we live in one, very happy indeed. Teri professionally moved us through the buying process, much of it done remotely (and painlessly). She, as a true born and bred local (with wide experience living outside the area, though) knows everyone and everything here in Sequim - we have leaned on her since the sale for info which she readily provided. And she dealt with us, a couple of cranky old farts, with unflagging good humor. The five stars are wholly earned. read more

Five stars is not enough to describe Doug and Teri Price. They are an amazing team. Doug or Teri have never met a stranger. We felt comfortable with them the moment we met them. They were not salespeople they were professionals and knew their business. Our first visit with them they went through the whole process and what they felt was the best way to go forward. But even when they gave us their opinion it was up to us on how to proceed. They gave us a wonderful folder to go over and explained everything to us. A few days later (we didn't bother looking for anyone else we wanted them) we had them come back. We talked about everything that needed to be done. They explained what they felt the house should look like. We followed all of their suggestions. They did a great open house the very next weekend. People loved our home, it sold quickly with a great offer. Everything went smoothly. Doug and Teri have an amazing presentation. The video and the pictures they had done were beautifully done. Our home looked fabulous. Teri and Doug I can go on and on. But bottom line thank you for making our sale go so smoothly and not stressful. read more

Highly recommended. Teri and Doug know Sequim. They will work hard for you. We decided to leave Chicago and were searching for where to spend our post-retirement years. We contacted Teri prior to our visit to Sequim in August 2019. She emailed several listings that matched our needs. We selected our favorites and Teri scheduled showings for our visit. We decided that Sequim will be our new home town and purchased one of the first homes we were shown. Teri and Doug educated us on Sequim and provided excellent advice during the buying process. They made us feel at home immediately. read more

The Teri and Doug Price team of Professional Realty are the best of the best. They exceeded our expectations in the marketing of our home. Teri was professional and discreet throughout the selling process. She was always available to answer our questions and offered tactful advice yet all decisions were left to us. Not only did they sell our home, but they put us in contact with people who were able to help us get our home in order prior to listing. Every detail was attended to. The marketing strategy used in presenting our home to buyers went far beyond what we expected and what we had seen offered by other agents. When it came time to sell our mother's house In Sequim, WA, my brother did the research for the best realtors in town. He found Teri and Doug Price online - but I was skeptical of finding a good agent by online reviews. It became clear to me shortly after meeting Teri and Doug that my brother had chosen wisely after all. As we spoke in person I was impressed with the level of their care and knowledge of real estate in the area. Both were raised in Sequim themselves, left to California where they gained a worldly perspective and deeper understanding of markets in general, and then returned to the town of their roots to settle. Their affection for their hometown is evident, and their understanding of the market and the needs of their clients is spot on. It's really a pleasure to talk to either of them, as they work as a true team, and they will give honest and frank advice. While my brothers and I worked on house repairs prior to sale, we were astonished that Doug was also very handy and was eager to help out when needed. We deeply appreciated his hands on approach to helping us get the house listed for the best price. Teri's assessment of what was necessary, and what should be left for the new homeowner to decide, was valuable in focusing our energies in the most impactful places. Their communication was excellent throughout the process of preparation and the sale. Once the house was listed it sold within two weeks and we were all very happy with the smooth transaction. It was fast and straightforward with Teri at the helm. Her professionalism and calm demeanor set the pace for a positive experience in total. I highly recommend Teri and Doug Price as a sellers agents. The 5 stars should be gold. read more

I chose Sequim as the place where I wanted to retire.  I did tons of research into the community, availability of resources and housing.  When the time came to find a home to buy, I googled for a Sequim realtor with great reviews.  Floating at the top of my search was Teri Price and Professional Realty Services. So, I sent her an email and began our partnership. From the very start Teri communicated excitement about working with me and a commitment to listen to my input. She spent time with me on the phone and over email to get a handle on what things about my desired home were most important to me. Almost immediately I began receiving listing suggestions and we used these to further refine what I was looking for. Teri answered my many, many questions with great patience. Never did she ever exhibit frustration when I called or emailed. When we met to view my top listing choices Teri was was completely straightforward with her observations and insights without pushing me one way or another. My situation may not be what everyone experiences since Teri found the perfectly suited home for me only two months after we first connected, which I then closed on only a month later. Wow, that was quick! Teri was able to understand what I was really looking for, use her expansive knowledge of the Sequim housing market and translate my hopes and dreams into finding me the right home. She has been so pleasant and helpful in our interactions. Teri's realtor husband, Doug, has been just as wonderful in assisting her with helping me. Both have gone above and beyond to make the entire process as informative, comfortable and supportive as possible. I highly recommend Teri and Doug Price of Professional Realty Services to anyone who wants a fantastic experience in locating and purchasing their dream home in the Sequim and Port Angeles areas. read more

It wasn't that long ago that we began our search for a new home on the Olympic Peninsula. I met Teri Price and she spent a good amount of time listening to my "requirements" and then showed me around. She acquainted me with the areas and honestly gave me the positives and challenges for each area. She showed me a bunch of properties that fit my criteria and, with each one, she got an even better sense of my likes and dislikes. Luckily, we found the perfect property on the very first day (not always possible but I owe Teri kudos for her listening skills and searching capabilities). Teri worked with us - long distance - to put together an offer, schedule inspections, answer a zillion questions, and see us through the buying process. I can't emphasize enough how hard she worked -- and, it wasn't easy! Doug Price (Teri's husband and all-around great guy) also helped in the process and went above and beyond what was necessary to get us moved to a new state. Teri was incredibly professional, honest, and super responsive. I never had to wait for an answer and, if she had trouble finding an answer, she always let me know she was working on the issue. She worked well with my quirky personality and I got the sense she would work well with absolutely anyone, any challenge, and any type of property transaction. If you're looking to sell or buy, you couldn't find a better realtor. Without reservation, I highly recommend Teri Price! read more

When it came time to sell our parents house I interviewed a lot of agents before choosing Teri Price. I'm so glad we did. Teri is knowledgeable, prompt, candid, thorough, hard working, collaborative, friendly and a delight to work with. My siblings and I all live in different cities and needed support for someone in Sequim who knew the market. Terri made excellent market recommendations and backed them with data. She provided connections with multiple vender options when work needed to be done along with her frank assessment their strengths and weaknesses. She and her partner Doug were at the house when needed and we werent able to be there. She deftly handled the unexpected curve ball when a buyer expectedly changed their mind and withdrew an offer. Unruffled she put the house right back on the market and negotiated us a full price offer within days. If you are looking for an agent in Sequim, I highly recommend Teri and Doug Price. They are phenominal. read more

We first met Teri and Doug Price when we were trying to sell a condo in Palm Desert, California. It had been on the market for a year with another realtor with not even one bite. We hired Teri and Doug and our condo was sold in a matter of weeks! Doug also came in and did a lot of little handyman things for us that was so unexpected but very much appreciated! When we moved to Washington, we had an interest in looking at property in Sequim. When we found out that Doug and Teri had moved to Sequim and were now working as real estate agents there, we were so happy! We made a trip out there and they spent a day with us and even though we thought this would only be an exploratory trip, they showed us what we consider to be our dream house and we now own it! This has been the most seamless purchase of a property we have ever experienced and Doug and Teri have taken care of EVERYTHING!! They are SUPER responsive, knowledgeable and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!! I HIGHLY recommend using Doug and Teri if you are looking for property in or around Sequim! We just can't say enough great things about them! read more
