I had to use Champion on a Sunday evening as an emergency service when my non potable water line…read morestarted to leak due to a rusted pipe that burst. Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.

Called Diversified Plumbing this morning because our main drain line was backing up…read more 3 hours later Phillip from DP was at our house to pump out our septic. At that time Phillip found the septic container was not full but instead were roots clogging the main line between the house and yard. I was able to free the root matter myself but will definitely be calling DP back next week for a more permanent repair. Main point of this review is to inform others how honest this company is.
