Multiple months later, numerous attempts to reach plumber, and a multitude of unanswered correspondence to him to get an updated quote, as the initial parts ordered were wrong, they came out did one part and two months later and five or six emails unanswered, we still don't have the job done. I had a bad experience initially with communication with them at the beginning but after owner reached out and made me feel this was not how they do business, I removed the review and gave them another chance. What we got was three months on incomplete work, frustrating amount of ignored emails (he has 2 and I sent to both), and spending almost the cost of the entire initial quote on half. Now I'm just done and calling someone else. You can only make excuses for business practices (or lack of) for so long. Sadly I purposely will hire a smaller local company vs a bigger corporate owned company to give them a chance to grow and be competitive. I also refer clients to small business owners that I trust and know will do great work. This unfortunately is not one of those and I hope that I am the exception to the rule. I am giving two stars only because the young man that came out did good work and was professional for at least the half he could do.

He tore my yard on Feb 27, left grounds open, did not come back until after 7 days, after my repeated urging him come back to finish the job. He and his helper finally came back finished the job in 3 part/days work. He said he had other emergency jobs to do. I paid him $3,690. The next day I turned on the sprinkler system. It did not come on. He said I asked him to turn it off - why on earth would I say that after paying him such a large amount of money?!! He sent his son the next day. He turned on the sprinkler system water but the sprinkler performance was defective. He could not figure it out. The "NEW" Rain-Bird sprinkler system he installed, for $150 was not new, but a used and defective machine on the wall. His son could not make it work right. He said he needed a tool and would come back in one hour. He never showed up. La Rosa company stopped communicating. I will have the system re-repaired by another company and ask LoRosa to reimburse the cost. There are other little upgrades he promised to entice me to hire him were not done.
