It fit my space better than the new one I was looking at and is very comfortable. I received an email to schedule my delivery. Then a follow up email to confirm and then one with the window of time. I then got a text 45 minutes before the truck arrived. They were spot on. The delivery team was so friendly and courteous. I was greeted with big smiles. They brought my sofabed inside, put it together while we chatted and then they were on their way. It was a great way to start my day! This was truly one of the best furniture shopping experiences I've ever had. I've been doing research for sometime learning about antiques as well as the pricing. When I found Kaiyo I was hesitant at first because their pricing seemed too good to be true. After looking up their business I made my first purchase of two pieces of furniture. Their website lets you choose your delivery day and checking out was seamless. I received an email a week prior to my scheduled date letting me know I would receive an email and/or text with the delivery time window two days prior to my scheduled delivery which I did. The morning of delivery I received a text letting me know they would arrive in 45 min. When Raymond and Nico arrived I was greeted with a big smile. The first piece I could see had meticulously been wrapped with care. I had mentioned that I would have to buy darker furniture pads for the legs and Raymond said not to worry he had some and they looked much nicer than the lighter ones I had. I know it's a minor detail but their thoughtfulness was appreciated by me. And wow once my piece was unwrapped I couldn't stop smiling. It was more beautiful in person. The guys checked the drawers and went over the furniture to make sure I was happy. The same procedure happened with my second piece of furniture and I was again smiling from ear to ear. The delivery process is okay but they dont give you the four hour time block for your delivery day until after the deadline for free cancellation of delivery. Very prompt, smooth, and efficient. I had a media cabinet that I was interested in selling via Kaiyo. I selected a day for pick up and uploaded the photos of the media cabinet at 10:30 PM Pacific. At around 6 AM the next morning I received a pre-approval from Kaiyo. Raymond and Nick did a great job picking up my items. The approval process took 10 minutes at most. I will rate them at five because of their stellar service but I do have one suggestion for improvement. Kaiyo should supply booties so that the delivery persons can wear those when coming inside the unit. Raymond and Nick were very aware that no one wore shoes inside our unit and out of consideration, they took off their shoes and came in with socks. I want to be very clear: both Nick and Raymond did all they could and then some. It's up to Kaiyo to provide them the necessary tools to make a 6/5 star service. read more

I would have received more value by donating my very expensive pieces. One of my items was brand new but I couldn't return per the company's policy. I ordered 2 and ended up only needing one. It was shown on their site for about 15% of the value!! My other item was worth over $3000 and they sold it for $610 and I got $135. May be great for buyers but sellers get shafted.
