A problem arose because he had changed to his current provider in Jan, and by Medicare rules you're only allowed to make 1 change during open enrollment. Michele contacted Medicare and was able to get an application put through due to an exception to that rule because of a unique situation involving his current insurance provider and his current healthcare provider. What's most impressive about all of this is that because the application had to be submitted by Medicare, Michelle basically did all of this on her own. He'll be getting together with her on day one of open enrollment in October to upgrade his plan.

I am a elder, I do not have an advocate thus this is a great heart-ship for me, all the calls, all the wait times etc and still no resolution, no one cares just pass the buck. I was about to give up, switch again? but to where? then someone reached out to Michelle asking her to help me, omg...heaven sent! Michelle is a mama bear & treats you like her cub! Michelle 100% has your back, she fights for you w/ COMPASSION! I can not express how much she restored my faith in humanity! I felt like she was MY daughter fighting for me! She does NOT give up or give in, she is tenacious! I feel like I have a new BEST FRIEND! as a retired school teacher I know the fruit does not fall far from the tree, thus God Bless whoever raised her, they should be very proud! I would want to be in a foxhole w/ her! to her superiors: NOTICE every review is BAD!!!! EXCEPT for Michelle! please acknowledge her, give her a raise, give her a big hug because she is doing the work for a dozen people! I recommend that you have her teach a class to the rest of your lazy ass employees on how to do their jobs and treat their clients w/ compassion!!!     I haven't had general dental insurance since I moved to the United States…read more But when I needed an implant or crown several times, I was surprised at the high cost of treatment. Fortunately, I was using a type of co-insurance at my main dental office and I renews every year. With this insurance, the cost of regular checkups including tooth cleaning twice a year is free. But I started thinking about a little more fulfilling insurance, so I called HDS and asked questions. I was able to understand what I didn't know until now by their explaining. Even if I have insurance, I will not be eligible for insurance treatment immediately, and I need a waiting period of up to 12 months. However, even during the waiting period, it seems that I can get a discount on the treatment fee at the dental clinic as an insurance member. When I heard this, I immediately decided to enrollment online. Normally, if you complete Enroll by the end of each month, you will be treated as an insurance member on the 1st of the next month. You will receive a card at home in about 2 weeks from registration. Currently, it seems that the downtown office has nobody but the customer service office is above. So when I called customer service with the phone installed at the entrance of the HDS main office, the staff came down immediately, opened the office, and explained various things and answering my questions. I certainly thought it was a little inconvenient system, but I was relieved because the staff who responded were very kind. It can be said that the fact that there are so many dentists in the HDS network has a high point for me as a resident of Hawaii. Well, I will gradually know how much benefit I have from joining this insurance in the next year. I'll update it to you later. 私はアメリカに移住以来一般的なデンタル保険を持っていませんでした。 でも、何度かインプラントやクラウンの必要が起こる度にその治療費の高さに驚いていました。 幸い、私のメインデンタルオフィスで1年ごとに更新するタイプの共同保険を使っていました。 この保険で年に2回の歯のクリーニングを含む定期検診費用がフリーとなります。 でも、私はもう少し充実した保険を考える様になりHDSに電話して色々尋ねました。 今まで私が知らなかった事を説明により理解する事が出来ました。 例え保険に加入したからと言って直ぐに保険治療の対象になるのでは無く、最長12ヶ月の待機期間が必要だと言う事。 しかし、例え待機期間中であっても歯科医院での治療費は保険メンバーとして割引きを受ける事が出来るそうです。 これを聞いた私は早速オンラインで加入する事を決めました。 通常、毎月末までにエンロールを済ませると次月1日には保険メンバーとして扱われる様になります。 登録から2週間程で自宅にカードが届きます。 現在、ダウンタウンのオフィスは無人となっているそうですがオフィスの上がカスタマーサービスとなっています。 だから無人オフィス入り口に設置してある電話でカスタマーサービスに電話するとスタッフが直ぐに降りて来て、オフィスを開けてくれ、そして私の質問に答えながら色々と説明してくれました。 確かに少し不便なシステムだとは思いましたが、応対してくれたスタッフはとても親切だったので私は安心しました。 HDSネットワークの歯科医はとても多い事はハワイ在住者の私に取りポイントが高いと言えます。 さて、この保険に加入してどれほどのメリットがあるかどうかはこれからの1年で徐々に分かって来るでしょう。 また後日アップデートします。

You're misinformed by listening to well intentioned family, relatives, friends and acquaintances and totally uninformed thinking you can believe and listen to Social Security or Medicare personnel. They're not responsible for misleading you or giving you false information, you are responsible for yourself. The Medicare guide is nearly 1/2" thick with some information like an overview not all information and elderly seniors like myself have a limited capacity to retain and comprehend everything I read. You need an EXPERT who knows the Medicare system and all the supplements which you may qualify for or actually need to supplement original Medicare depending on your situation. My uninformed friends thinking Medicare is sufficient until they see the bill or the cost of prescriptions and there are prescriptions they don't cover at all. Like the saying goes "it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it" and supplemental coverage may be exactly what you need and never knew you needed it. Vance is a professional individual, intelligent and honest person who will help you navigate the Medicare marketplace and answer any questions. Remember the only stupid question is the one never asked. You will bless the day you meet and talk to Vance about your Medicare plan and what your benefits really are. I've had so many issues with my insurance that I pay over $600 for and my son's insurance that I pay over $400 for. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I cringe every time I need to call. The most recent issue I had with them is the switched over to a new automatic payment which I set up. And now billing doesn't work. So I've been on hold with them for the last three hours and of course their office closes at five. Whoever the president is of this company and the management team they need to do better. I'm paying so much money a month for health insurance I'm not even receiving the decency for a callback or for someone to answer the phone The president of this company should be truly ashamed of themselves of how they run this company. I'd be absolutely embarrassed if my customer was paying thousands of dollars every month out-of-pocket and they couldn't answer a phone call for them. Do better HMSA! And if you're thinking of switching to HSA, do yourself a favor and don't. It's not worth the headache and stress
