I had an unfixable flat during a week when I was particularly strapped because of having just spent 11k on replacing my furnace and water heater at home after they died in the same day, and particularly stressful because i was about to have surgery. I was kind of a stressed out asshole and they couldn't have been nicer or more understanding/tolerant of me. They made sure that my car was as safe as it could be while the new tire was being ordered, got me fixed up with the new tire in the most inexpensive but safe manner possible, and when I came to have it put on, the day after surgery, they made sure they got me in and our as quickly as possible so I could get back home to rest. I am incredibly grateful to them and cannot recommend this shop, highly enough!

We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans!
