Grand Master Dr. James Wilson, is an amazing instructor. he understand the body as it should be, in such way that he will keep you safe during your work out and or training but at the same time help you reach new levels in your skills and or losing weight. . All the instructors are amazing, i also attend kick boxing Monday night, and that class is amazing (your shirt will be soaked by the end of that class). All of the instructors are great, and given the expertise provide the pricing is quite reasonable. They also provide training in taekwondo and Hapkido. Anyone serious about getting in shape or training in martial arts, this is the place to be.

Legal action will be taken against them. I just don't want anyone else to trust such a business that preys on someone.
