To make matters worse, they wanted to seat us in an isolated corner, and their attitude throughout the interaction was disrespectful and dismissive. Traveling with a baby can already be challenging, and a little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. We understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for treating guests with such a lack of respect. This experience left a very negative impression and was far below the level of hospitality we expected.
