I've been a diver, instructor & dive shop owner and have a pretty good grip on basic equipment. It's been awhile since I been on the water & a lot of things have changed. But fitting a mask doesn't. As I'm explaining mask fitting to my wife a salesperson comes up, interrupts me mid sentence & usurps the conversation. It wasn't a hi can I help you, can I answer any questions or anything of that nature. We had questions about other gear that were answered with a lot of information. Then instead of listening to what I wanted, I was steered to other gear I wasn't remotely interested in. Considering the hard sell tactics, maybe she thought pricing would scare us away. If she would have listened it would become apparent that I knew both the brand and aware of pricing. We came to buy. What caused us to leave empty handed was rudeness, lack of respect and ignoring what my desires were. Bottom Line? Top brands: Check, Well stocked: Check, Knowledgeable Staff: Check, Customer Service: Eh, not so much

Cliff's has about 25 rides, carnival or State Fair-like games and there's also a waterpark.  Food is available by using a preloaded Funcard that is available for purchase online or at the main gates.  NO CASH IS ACCEPTED!   ***NOTE:***  Thank you Cliff's for honoring all military.  Active Duty personnel and Veterans get a FREE Single Day Ticket. Just prove that you've served or currently serving by showing your CAC, DoD or ID Card at one of the main entrance booths. Save time by purchasing your entry ticket online at:   https://www.cliffsamusementpark.com/buy-tickets/ Arrive as early as possible for the line that almost goes to Osuna.  The line does quickly move.  Going to Cliff's as an adult kid takes on a whole new meaning.  The rides were amazing but does rattle your bones or make you a tad bit nauseous.  Start off with the Rocky Mountain Rapids or water rides because you'll want your clothes to be dry before crawling back to your vehicle. The Seadragon was the ride that took me out. I tried going on as many rides possible that my body and stomach would allow.  Cliff's is opened Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Have a great time with the kids, or, you can be a big kid too. Enjoy and use sunscreen!

On June 24th 2020, I took my Grandbaby Bruce Delias to Urban Hair Trampoline Park and wow, this was an experience: There is a zipline that transports children and citizens alike, so naturally, being a curious (but wild) grammy, I wanted to take my Baby on it! I strapped up and rode all the way around this establishment. I was flying... I was really flying... I could hear the zipline mechanism creaking under my weight (i was 305 pounds due to my excessive Twinkies diet. It snapped, it really snapped- and I fell face first with Bruce Strapped to me, causing irreversible damage to his pretty featurs. When I stood up, you could probably imagine what happened. He didn't scream, he didnt cry, HOW?! He just.. stared.. at me. Looking at his deformed face, all I was thinking was "Jeez, I need to get this thing of me." So i placed him down and told him I would purchase a soft serve cone as long as he followed the policy of telling his Mama. So I did, I bought his Ice Cream but his face was too far gone to consume. Unfortunately, he still is like this today, but the service was AMAZING! We got a free piece of pizza due to the accident! I love how the ambulance or cops didn't get involved because they would not have liked my twisted past.. (Which I will get into in another reviewer) Cheers to Urban Air! We have been there every year since this incident, and let's just say the family loves it! Mama still don't know! Bruce can't even tell her if he wanted to!!

Check-in was easy, but it took the attendant awhile to get our socks and wristbands. We had to wait over an hour after the party time for pizza. The room was only reserved for 2 hrs. For $100/hr, that's unacceptable. But it was a Saturday afternoon, and the place was packed. The place is run by all teenagers and really young people. At least, the food tasted pretty good. They had pepperoni pizza, that had a good crust, buffalo bone-in wings, which were really tasty and hot, but didn't come with celery or carrots, with ranch dressing, and 9 Icees. The ambiance is very dark and very loud. The whole place is overstimulating. There are kids flying above you on a zip line, trampolines and rock climbing in the back, ball pits, and jungle gym areas in the corner. They have so much to do, but some areas cost extra like the skydiving tube, zipline, and rock climbing. This place is definitely best for kids above 8 years old. My kids are under 6 and mostly enjoyed the ball pit and jungle gym. I wouldn't consider this place very safe bc it's so crowded and dark. It's hard to find your kids. Thankfully, I dressed mine in the same green Minecraft t-shirts. They glow like they're under a black light. Also, with kids and adults running around, we get bumped very easily. Side note: They don't allow outside food unless it's a cake. The party room price didn't include food and drinks! They paid about $700 for 20-30 ppl in the room.
