It can be hard to find a good doctor when you have an HMO and have to commit to a doctor before knowing their bedside manner, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised after my first appointment with Dr. O'Bryan. She took the time to make me feel like I was being listened to, she asked more questions than any doctor I have ever seen before, which made me feel like she was being very thorough. I highly recommend her and after just one appointment I can tell that we are a great match and I look forward to being under her care as a patient.

Dr. Arvan didn't review any of the paperwork I gave her which included recent lab reports, diagnosis and treatment plans, etc. She didn't ask me any questions about my health or how I was feeling. She was more worried about the natural supplements I was taking to treat SIBO not being FDA approved. I simply needed to get a physical exam done to qualify for a discount on my medical insurance but she refused to treat me because I'm seeing an ND as well. Are you kidding me? I'm taking things like calcium, multi vitamin, vitamin D, K, C. I'm also on HRT but she didn't like that either. How would she have any idea on my hormone levels without even looking at my lab results. What a waste of time. Seems she doesn't like her patients seeing anyone but MDs. However, I don't need any more prescription pills. All I needed was a simple physical exam. Unbelievable!

If I can give 10 starts I would but I can only give 5. He listens to me and answered all my questions ! He was the one who discovered I had shingles on my face a year ago . I was in a lot of nerve pain, due to the shingles . I also was seen by Dr Madrid she's amazing ! Dr. Saad had great reviews and many years of experience and when we saw how well she was able to work with our child who had an ear infection we knew we would be seeing her for the foreseeable future. The office is very clean and they even have different entrances for sick patients vs. Not. The staff is super friendly and our son quickly made friends with everyone there! There is plenty of parking, but the only problem is that it can take about 15-20 minutes to get to the correct third floor entrance from the parking lot on a quiet day. We would recommend arriving to the parking structure at least 30 minutes just to be on the safe side. Overall we were very satisfied with the care and service of PVMG!

Literally will answer any question and even scheduled a telehealth as a follow up when I changed medications. Highly highly recommend the entire office, Dr. Sher is the best too, he is just harder to schedule due to all the specialties. Hardly a wait anymore and I'm usually in and out within 30-40 min.
