I don't know what she needed to get ready for Then I asked if I can at least have my blood work done and she said yes, and crate an order for me. When I went to their lab room the staff had no clue what they were doing and then they told me they can't take my blood because it is 4:15 now and my insurance doesn't cover blood test after 4:15 pm!!!!!! I wasted 1.5 of my life in that office for nothing.

The office is very clean and they even have different entrances for sick patients vs. Not. The staff is super friendly and our son quickly made friends with everyone there! There is plenty of parking, but the only problem is that it can take about 15-20 minutes to get to the correct third floor entrance from the parking lot on a quiet day. We would recommend arriving to the parking structure at least 30 minutes just to be on the safe side. Overall we were very satisfied with the care and service of PVMG!

An easy way is to use the top floor (P4) parking area, and then take the elevator down to the required floor. Mom needed to some imaging done for bone density, so went for an early morning appointment. Because the mall wasn't fully open, finding close parking was easy. Check-in needs to be done at the floor of the procedure, so after some up and down, found the place. The appointment started right on time, and was completed quickly...not much of a wait.
