The Brazilian is a mix of hard & soft wax and goes by pretty quickly, obviously it's not pain-free but definitely a good experience as far as overall comfort goes. I've never gotten a mini facial before but Anna was great, I would definitely try out a full facial after that experience. Ashley, the owner, was also super nice and welcoming.

Not great customer service, overcharged…read more I would not recommend Sweet Nectar Shop for any first-time waxers. I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.

I'm hoping these are an alternative to the company that I already buy from. Will not mention here as this is not about them. I picked a base for my candle and my wife had hers turned into wax melts. They have tons of bases to pick from in all different sizes. The entire date didn't take very long but luckily there are tons of places to go after within walking distance. I brought designs I liked and she had similar rings for me to try on and let me know why some of the images I brought in wouldn't work (such as Etsy rings that have a super small/thin band that may break down the line). I really appreciated that she didn't just say "yes" to all my ideas and let me know why. We ended up collaborating on a beautiful and quirky engagement and wedding band (just like I was hoping for). She also did my brother and sister in law's rings and they look amazing! They cleaned the rings before my wedding and we got them soldered after. My rings a little different so initially someone else soldered it differently than intended but we showed Trina and she corrected it. Since we used the metals and diamonds from my grandparents, it cut down on the price while the customization still made it my own. It's so much more meaningful than just a store bought ring. HIGHLY recommend this store! Will definitely be returning for any and all my jewelry needs. Can't say more positive things about this!
