Everything homemade, everything hot or cold as it should be. One of the tricks to make a good kebab is to alternate between content, e.g. a little salad, then a little meat, then a few tomatoes, then a little sauce, then salad again, then meat, etc. until it is full. A fresh flatbread slathered with a delicious garlic sauce and stuffed with warm juicy chicken kebab sliced fresh off the spit and fresh salad mix.
