This review is long overdue. My beautiful Mother went to heaven in 2019. She left my Dad behind,…read moreand as he is a Senior, he has needed continual support. I say that because the process of grieving the loss of a loved one and moving forward is different for everyone and can be one of days or years. It has been years for my family. Making the necessary decisions regarding the business of death and burial is difficult so the companies you deal with have to have the grace to help in those sensitive places. At Fram Monument I had the pleasure of working with Niv. In picking my mother's headstone, he was thorough, responsive, patient, honest. The work done was exactly as promised. It was beautiful and every promise of installation and care was met. I was stunned when I received something in the mail months afterward saying that Fram Monument had made a charitable donation to Alzheimer's Research in my Mother's name. My mom did not have Alzheimer's, but every year she chose a charity to donate to and in her belongings I saw evidence that that was a recent chosen charity. How did they know??? I have never had a company do something so kind. They did it without fanfare or notice. Then most recently, I needed a copy of the misplaced Fram receipt to deal with last details of my Mom's estate. I sent Niv an email request late on a Saturday night, I think. I was supposed to jump on a plane the next day. I didn't expect a response until the business week started, but early on Sunday morning Niv responded with the receipt! I couldn't believe it. When I saw the receipt, my elation reminded me of how great Niv had been all along and then I remembered the ONE thing Niv asked me to do. Can you mention us in a review? I believe in celebrating when people are amazing because so many people only take the time to complain. In my grief and all of my busy-ness I neglected to do the thing I promised to do and just forgot, YET Niv years later was still excellent and excellent in giving grace and mercy and attended to my need. Five years later, here I am to say, Thank You Niv and Fram Monument for making a difficult moment, easy and then being continually thoughtful and kind in places that didn't require it. You were the bright spot in a challenging situation, and 5 years later, you continue to be consistent. There are many options in this business world. I believe God pointed us to Fram Monument. I and my family are deeply grateful. Keep doing what you are doing in the way that you do it. It is necessary. Kimberly B. T.
