Excellent service friendly as soon as you enter the door you get well greeting. My favorite dish is boneless chicken kabob, and beef.Shines and garlic sauce is amazing. You placed the order via the kiosk and there is only one staff there (as of this review) - he will bring out the food once finished cooking (15-20 minutes). What a pleasant surprise! I was a bit hesitant at first since there weren't many reviews, but as soon as I walked in, the smell told me the food was going to be incredible--and it did not disappoint. I had the filet mignon and the kobeda, and both were fantastic. My wife got the charbroiled chicken, which was just as good. Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. Michael was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I was shopping in the center with my two young children when my daughter, who is only a couple of months old, got hungry and needed a bottle. I needed hot water to prepare it, so I stopped by the restaurant to ask if they happened to have any. Since it seemed to be a Persian restaurant, I figured there was a good chance they would have hot water for tea. I asked one of the gentlemen working there, and he was incredibly kind and understanding. As a mom, I sometimes feel uncomfortable asking for help, and in that moment my daughter was crying, I had both kids with me, and I was feeling really overwhelmed. The kindness and willingness to help immediately made me feel so much less anxious. What really touched me was that I noticed he went and opened a brand new kettle from a box just to boil some water for me. He truly went out of his way to help a mom who was having a stressful moment, and I'll never forget that small act of kindness. While I waited for the water, I also noticed how incredibly clean and organized the restaurant was. The ordering system looked very efficient, the food smelled and looked amazing, and every customer I saw seemed happy with their meals. I didn't get the chance to eat here this time, but I absolutely wanted to leave a review and support this business. Kindness like that deserves to be recognized. Mike was very helpful, made sure you knew what you were ordering, and genuinely wanted you to be happy with what you got!! We all 3 got plates with one koobedah kabob, and 1 chicken. My daughter got the chicken thigh meat (Ceasar salad), my hubby got the ground chicken with mediterranean salad and rice, and I got the chicken breast with mediterranean salad and rice. I also ordered extra grilled tomatoes- yummy! I could not believe how tender and moist my chicken breast chunks were! They were grilled perfectly!! We also had hummus and pita bread.
