His "contracts" state 50% down to start work and the remaining balance when the work is complete. He also does not honor that. He will give you an estimate that sounds reasonable to get the job then falsely run up the cost trying to pressure you into paying more. So that low estimate will eventually climb much higher than you agreed to. He will also not provide you will an itemized list of costs. He has tampered with contracts to hide his misdeeds. Be forewarned that you would be dealing with a dishonest contractor.

Service was scheduled a few months later and they came out on Oct. 21st to do the work. I was surprised there wasn't an excavator, but the four man crew dug out the ground with hand shovels. Didn't matter much, they installed their barriers, topped with their tar compound and filled the holes back up. They showed me what was going on and explained the what/why as they went and left me very pleased. It's been less than a month, but haven't had an issue yet. So far, happy to report I don't expect that to change much either. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.
