The fact that he is the owner and technician means that he takes personal pride in the quality of his work. It also means that he can offer the best service at great prices without the overhead of other companies. Wayne soft washed our house from top to bottom, including gutters, vinyl siding, and rock. The house looks brand new! He also surface washed all out concrete (porch, walkways, and driveway). It's amazing how he can be so thorough and keen attention to detail, and be done in just a couple of hours. I used to do it myself until my machine broke, but it would easily take me two days and a sore back for a week and not nearly get the same results. Great work! Great price!
