I am so sad to see negative reviews about Four Paws .. my 3 dogs and I have been clients for 20…read moreyears. From pet sitting, dog walking, and grooming. My late Freddy was a fun loving wild man, at 82 lbs he was not the easiest to groom. Daniel was the only groomer that gave Freddy a sense of calm, thank goodness as he was a standard poodle that required grooming every 4-6 weeks. Daniel is one with the dogs and would NEVER be forceful with any dog, even my giant Freddy. I literally cannot say enough about Daniel and the entire staff at Four Paws. Here is my feeling about Four Paws! Little did I know that when I met Denise and her team back in 2005 that she would become part of our family. She has helped me raise, yes, I said raise 3 of my dogs so far. The best part about Denise from Four Paws, is that she honestly loves every single animal that she encounters. I used to feel so bad when we had to board my dog, but then I realized my dogs were living their best life and getting lots of love and attention when they stayed with Denise while we were gone. The other amazing perk is that Denise used to be a vet tech, I have always felt comfort knowing she had the skills to additionally take care of my pets if ever needed. I want to leave you with one last story to paint a picture of just how compassionate Denise and Four Paws Pet Sitting is, when it was time for my late dog Vegas to cross of the Rainbow bridge, all of the team members that walked Vegas either came over to say one last goodbye or send a beautiful message to let me know how special of a dog he was. Denise was there for me when I had to make the decision, and even came a month later when we had a little ceremony to properly bless my sweet boy. There is really nothing she wouldn't do for the pets or the pets' owners. I highly recommend Four Paws Pet Sitting for all services they provide, they are amazing people, and will treat your pets, better than most humans.

Inconsistent Policies and Customer Service…read more I have been bringing both of my dogs to The Barking Lot for grooming for over a year. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. On one day, I brought in one of my dogs and was never asked to provide proof of his rabies vaccination, even though I had the documentation with me. The very next day, I brought in my other dog. He was approximately one month overdue for his rabies vaccine, and I had already scheduled his vaccination appointment for the following day. When I arrived, a different employee asked for his rabies tag and refused to accept him for grooming because I did not have it. What frustrates me most is the lack of consistency. If proof of vaccination is required, that policy should be applied equally to all customers and by all employees. Instead, one dog was accepted without any verification, while the other was turned away the next day. To make matters worse, when I later attempted to schedule another appointment online, my request was simply rejected without any explanation or communication. Beyond these issues, the front desk experience has often felt unwelcoming, with interactions coming across as passive-aggressive rather than customer-focused. I understand and respect the importance of vaccination requirements, but customers deserve consistent enforcement of policies, clear communication, and professional service. After over a year as a customer, this experience has been very disappointing.

I couldn't get an appointment anywhere, called many vets, but they took me in. My 16 year old cat Yoshi was sick, and he had been healthy his whole life. They had never even met me and Yoshi before that day. I bawled my eyes out and spent time alone with my cat before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. They are absolutely the best and I will never forget them! Cindy Clarke
