They also have salon services here, I booked his appointment online. It was his first time here so I got him a puppy bath that takes about 1.5-2 hours, Julie was his groomer. She made him all nice and clean and then sprayed him with puppy perfume when we picked him up. The other groomers were welcoming and very helpful with all the questions we had about the process.

Rocco was very reactive to cars, other dogs, cats, anything that moves fast he had to bark and chase. Not to mention obsession with tail chasing and extreme separation anxiety. The 4 week boarding training program was a perfect opportunity for Rocco to learn from Evelyne and for us as owners to better equip ourselves with training tactics. Evelyne was extremely open to our concerns during our initial consultation and created a plan specifically to his needs. By practicing the exercises she gave us, he now comfortably is able to chew bones and eat his food around us and other dogs without lunging or barking which is a huge relief as he will be a large dog when he is fully grown. Additionally, she helped me start to shift my relationship with my puppy which resulted in more respect and obedience from him in general. We could only do a few sessions together before moving out of state, but it is easy to see that she understands dogs and they truly respond to her guidance. We still have a ways to go with training, but with the tools and lessons Maria left us with I am much more confident that we are on the right path!

Yesterday, Saturday we tried VMSG / closed & Horizon: Unable to be seen due to capacity limits. Today drove the hour to Stevenson Ranch. Due to just one Vet available we did have to wait a significant time, however staff is very friendly & attentive, checking back w/us as to why the delay, which is very considerate. Faculty is clean, snacks & coffee / water for the pet parents as you wait. Emergency is always pricey, although we talked out the options & made a comfortable choice for our girl & our wallet. I came here at night after my kitty got into a lily plant & I was so glad I did…read more as soon as I met dr. ana I knew I was in good hands. right away I felt at ease with the situation knowing they would be able to help him. when she told me they could make me a bed so I could spend the night with him I almost cried. my kitty has been in vets/hospitals before and the worst part is always having to leave without my baby. I ended up calling out of work to stay with him the whole time & during his stay he was treated so well. he had his own doctor & nurse, they would check on him every couple of hours or so and always took care of anything he needed. my kitty has a history of having a uti & wasn't peeing for the first 12 hours. I wasn't too concerned because he does that when he's in a new environment naturally but different nurses were so attentive with checking his bladder some even did quick ultrasounds. It is expensive but so is every other emergency hospital & my bill was actually the same price as when he was in a different hospital a few years before & there I was only able to visit him for 30 minutes. I think being able to stay with him the whole time made all the difference for me & my kitty too. I know he would've been stressed being left alone in a cage for almost 2 days and that could've affected his recovery. thank you to everyone who was so sweet to him giving him love and attention. he literally was purring his whole time here & he was actually a little upset to leave.
