When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

I looked up many different mobile groomers and was recommended this one from a friend. I couldn't have made a better choice. Business-wise: They are always prompt and on time, and are flexible with scheduling via email which is helpful for my odd working hours. They use their own generator and water tank so it is easy on the owners not to have to provide anything. She even gave me a tour of the grooming van the first day so I could see exactly what would be happening. It was comforting being able to see where my dog was the entire time. Customer/puppy service: Angela is so kind and has such a calm and peaceful demeanor. My dog doesn't like baths but he loves her! He always comes out perfectly groomed. I knew this was the place to board my Coco when other dogs were coming in tails wagging and smiling instead of seeming terrified like other boarding places. Before heading over today, I specifically checked their website to confirm the cutoff time for the self-wash on Saturdays. The website said 4:30 PM, which is already a full 90 minutes before their 6 PM closing time. I hightailed it over there with plenty of time, only to be told when I arrived that the last self-wash is actually 4 PM. So, to be clear: you close at 6 PM, your website tells customers 4:30 PM, but when they arrive, you tell them the cutoff is 4 PM. Make it make sense. Unfortunately, this is not my first frustrating experience here. On a previous visit, they refused to clip my dog's nails because they claimed he was "too aggressive." Let me add some context: my little dog is 14 pounds soaking wet and has never had an issue getting his nails clipped anywhere else. Meanwhile, during one of my visits, a dog they were servicing actually jumped on me and nearly knocked me over. So apparently my 14-pound dog is too "aggressive" to have his nails clipped, but a dog in their care can jump on a customer and nearly knock her down? How's that for aggressive behavior? And that was on top of dogs throughout the facility barking their heads off and pulling their owners on their leashes. Yet somehow, my tiny dog was singled out as the problem. At a certain point, repeated experiences like these leave you wondering why a business seems so determined not to serve you. I cannot say what motivates the treatment I've received, but as a Black customer, I would be lying if I said these experiences have not left me questioning whether bias, including racial bias, played a role. What I do know for certain is this: Wagging Lounge will never see me or my money again. There are too many businesses that actually value pet owners, communicate their policies accurately, and make customers feel welcome for me to keep giving this place another chance. I've given them enough chances. I'm done.

The human he had transformed into a dog had remembered the names of his other two archenemies. "I knew it! She was foolish enough to write her name on the facade. Unwise even, I say." He saw how happy the dogs looked, dressed in their Halloween-themed bandanas, and how excited they were to be safely reunited with their owners and to be encouraged to pick out a squeaky Halloween-themed toy, and he paused magnanimously. Second, when I smell her she doesn't smell like shampoo or anything pleasant at all. In fact, she smelled like cigarettes and I KNOW FOR A FACT it didn't come from my place because I despise smoking. Third, she hooked herself up to my house and used my electricity instead of a generator and charged me full price for it when she was using MY electricity AND without permission. Fourth, something must've happened during the grooming session because I see my dogs fur everywhere outside my house. Was she shaving my dogs fur outside the truck? If so, why? They normally do it inside the truck. She also did not clean up after herself very well and left me a mess to clean up so my second dog (a 3 month husky) does not come by and eat it up. Fifth, before I scheduled the appointment with her I asked for the pricing. She told me it would be $50. After the grooming is complete she charged me $60. Lastly, she hurt my dog to the point where she was bleeding under her arm and she didn't even bring this to my attention!! There is now a scab the size of a quarter under my dogs arm. I uploaded a photo. I'm very displeased with this service and I'm NEVER going back nor will I ever recommend her to someone else. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My dog loved it there, when I went to pick him up he continued to run around and roam her house. Usually he comes running to me. I could tell that she treated him well and earned his trust. Now my review: Debbie was great. She answered all of my questions prior to me scheduling an apt, she worked me in pretty quickly. She asked for up to date information, medical info, etc. I think that is wonderful because that means my dog stands a better chance of not getting any diseases from other animals while in her care. She will also know what to do in the event something does happen. My dog LOVED her and I loved her too. His hair cut was amazing. She did exactly what I asked and even made sure I was happy with it before I left. Actually will be calling shortly to schedule again today!! I would encourage people to not be deterred by any negative reviews of this business and give them a chance and formulate your own opinion. An error did occur in one of our visits, but I won't go into detail because I think what's more important is not what error it was that occurred, but rather the incredible efforts made in response by the business to rectify the issue. Our concerns were listened to and the response was respectful. The owner not only heard our concerns but they were able to show they can be objective in their assessment of the issue. They went above and beyond to make it right. The solutions offered were both incredibly generous and fair. In terms of the quality of the grooming, they made our fur babies look like pristine angels. They smell fantastic too, and their hair looked amazingly glossy and soft. They appear to do great with grooming both small and large dogs (we have both), and they even did great work on our big boy who has hair that's more difficult to work with. In resolving the issue with one of our pups, they blended things perfectly to make the original issue appear more natural and less jarring. The staff there seem to love what they do, have patience, and take pride in their work. They have great humor as well. We will be happy to take our fur babies there again.
