When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

I do wish there were live cameras so I can peep in while I'm at work though. I do love that they offer a lot of add-on services for your pup, even seasonal ones that I'm looking forward to him trying, as well as overnight boarding suites. Dropping him off for the evaluation day went great, the front desk was very thorough and even told me that I could call to check in and see how he's doing after 2 hours. Previously my puppy has gone to a different daycare, but at the Wagging lounge you can tell the staff enjoy what they do and love dogs. When we picked him up afterwards he was happy and worn out, and the staff all said "Bye Ted!" on the way out. Overall, great experience for a dog owner and my happy boy. Ended up purchasing their $100 for 3 daycare deal (purchase only on evaluation day). I will continue to take him here!

The human he had transformed into a dog had remembered the names of his other two archenemies. "I knew it! She was foolish enough to write her name on the facade. Unwise even, I say." He then looked inside and begged their pardon for a moment as he turned to one of the dogs who had just luxuriated in a warm bath with, much to his chagrin, no longer extant bubbles. "Where is Bubbles? I am losing my patience! My patience is ebbing! One might even say waning!" At that point, several of Barks 'N Bubbles's canine clients began to bark in wonder at the oddly-dressed and Machiavellian-sounding chimpanzee; and Mojo JoJo lowered his head and realized he had been had. He saw how happy the dogs looked, dressed in their Halloween-themed bandanas, and how excited they were to be safely reunited with their owners and to be encouraged to pick out a squeaky Halloween-themed toy, and he paused magnanimously. Second, when I smell her she doesn't smell like shampoo or anything pleasant at all. In fact, she smelled like cigarettes and I KNOW FOR A FACT it didn't come from my place because I despise smoking. Third, she hooked herself up to my house and used my electricity instead of a generator and charged me full price for it when she was using MY electricity AND without permission. Fourth, something must've happened during the grooming session because I see my dogs fur everywhere outside my house. Was she shaving my dogs fur outside the truck? If so, why? They normally do it inside the truck. She also did not clean up after herself very well and left me a mess to clean up so my second dog (a 3 month husky) does not come by and eat it up. Fifth, before I scheduled the appointment with her I asked for the pricing. She told me it would be $50. After the grooming is complete she charged me $60. Lastly, she hurt my dog to the point where she was bleeding under her arm and she didn't even bring this to my attention!! There is now a scab the size of a quarter under my dogs arm. I uploaded a photo. I'm very displeased with this service and I'm NEVER going back nor will I ever recommend her to someone else. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It says right on her webpage that she works out of her home. I don't care where she lives or how she lives. I care about how safe it is for my pets and how well they are treated in her care. My dog loved it there, when I went to pick him up he continued to run around and roam her house. Usually he comes running to me. I could tell that she treated him well and earned his trust. Now my review: Debbie was great. She answered all of my questions prior to me scheduling an apt, she worked me in pretty quickly. She asked for up to date information, medical info, etc. I think that is wonderful because that means my dog stands a better chance of not getting any diseases from other animals while in her care. She will also know what to do in the event something does happen. My dog LOVED her and I loved her too. His hair cut was amazing. She did exactly what I asked and even made sure I was happy with it before I left. Actually will be calling shortly to schedule again today!! I would encourage people to not be deterred by any negative reviews of this business and give them a chance and formulate your own opinion. An error did occur in one of our visits, but I won't go into detail because I think what's more important is not what error it was that occurred, but rather the incredible efforts made in response by the business to rectify the issue. Our concerns were listened to and the response was respectful. The owner not only heard our concerns but they were able to show they can be objective in their assessment of the issue. They went above and beyond to make it right. The solutions offered were both incredibly generous and fair. In terms of the quality of the grooming, they made our fur babies look like pristine angels. They smell fantastic too, and their hair looked amazingly glossy and soft. They appear to do great with grooming both small and large dogs (we have both), and they even did great work on our big boy who has hair that's more difficult to work with. In resolving the issue with one of our pups, they blended things perfectly to make the original issue appear more natural and less jarring. The staff there seem to love what they do, have patience, and take pride in their work. They have great humor as well. We will be happy to take our fur babies there again.
