    ZERO STARS based on customer service alone. My product was sent to the correct street address, but the wrong city. David has accused me of photoshopping emails from his business. I always use PayPal and NEVER have to enter an address when using PayPal as a go between. David is rude and delusional. His ways of thinking just don't make any sense. If you send one email with an issue, he will blow up your phone regardless of the time. He was SCREAMING so loud that my husband could hear everything he was saying cross the room. This man should not have any contact with human beings. Save yourself the trouble, and buy from another company. His prices are marked up massively. I reordered the exact item that he charged me $20 for ONE from Amazon for $8 for TWO!! I will never see that $20 again, but it's okay, because David obviously needs it more than me.

    Ordered the standard logo for my telluride and it looked so good that I got for my optima too! Quick delivery and relatively easy installation!

    Great store! David is the man. There was a huge demand for 3.0 K Badges and I was walked through the entire thing and really appreciate the solid communication. Got the badges in 2 days ago and they were put on my Optima immediately. If you need stuff for your Kia, look no further. Going to purchase some coilovers from this store and will update my next review Check out the photos!

    Got the seat risers via priority mail. Saw a video on youtube to install it. The parts supplied fit well and worked perfectly.

    I purchased the 2010 Camaro SS turbo kit, it was delivered to my house by freight without issue…read more It was 180 pounds with at least 100 parts, everything had part numbers, sorted in boxes by type and inventoried. Installation instructions stated a person with good automotive mechanical skills is required to install it, they aren't kidding. It took me 2 weeks to complete the install, about 30 hours labor. Everything almost fits, installing 3" pipe around then entire engine and keeping the factory manifold and catalytic converters means it's an extremely tight fit for everything. Stuff has to move out of the way, and that's where experience comes into play. The installation instructions are 35 pages, if they were more detailed it would be a novel, but they are adequate for a mechanic. Only one exhaust pipe out of 10 did not fit properly. Since I already had it installed, I modified a section and made it work. I have a welder and lots of experience with metal working so this was not a big deal for me, it just added to the time it took to install. Through the installation period, I made two calls to Turbonetics. The first call, I left a message and they called me back the same day and resolved my issue. The second call was over a concern with getting the wrong blow off valve. I was using the installation instructions off the website, they have an updated version that came with the kit that shows the new style blow off valve, so I was able to move forward without issue. The end result is the Camaro performs as advertised. It's wicked fast, the kit was 100% complete, and I didn't have any issues with the company over the purchase or them supplying tech support. Had the fitment of all parts been better I would have given them 5 stars. But, I do understand due to variations of years, options, and the age of my car, there's going to be some margin of error for non-machined parts.

I have tried and tried several times but I never speak with someone about my simple question.
