I had 2 teeth extracted due to relentless pain and infection in my jaw. I was fully awake during the procedure which was completely painless. I give 2 stars because they do good work, but they do bait and switch. I was given a price for implants. Asked to pay in full in advance and they'd reimburse insurance. They never reimbursed the funds they received from the insurance and then when came in for placement of the implants they want an additional $4,500+. Don't trust the girl that does the billing. after paying or making a contract with them. u will not receive a phone call over ur treatment u will have to call and take care of ur self. they totally screwed my teeth outing a crown way of my gum line I will provide pictures as soon as I have my crown done to show you how it's done and trust me u won't be happy. also the system is always down for lacer x rays takes about over 35-80 scams hurting ur mouth and lips because they dry up and cut ur skin they are careless in ur treatment the dr does not provide full information about ur teeth I lost 2 because if her lack of treatment and information se could of sent me to a specialist helping me but she rather not tell u to pull them out and pay for implants suits her budget be aware. $$$$$ read more

I like to start off with letting you all know that I hate going to the dentist. Mostly because the doctors and staff that I have encountered seem to always point out how bad my teeth are... They constantly go over things I already know which makes anyone feel uncomfortable and a bit annoyed especially if you already have anxiety to get there. This is how my dentist visit went. I was greeted with friendly office staff who genuinely make you feel welcome. I then got greeted at the front door when they called my name by very friendly worker I wish I could remember her name she had dark hair with bangs and beautiful smile and personality... She greeted me with warmth, respect and at all times was letting me know what was going to happened. She even gave me a motivational talk regarding to keep going for my dreams and goals (which I totally needed btw ) Unlike other offices where you have to go from one room to another I had to just stay in one room. The x-rays, the procedure... I never had to move from the seat. I found thats a big plus as most of us are a little nervous already. Finally I like to share my encounter with the actual dentist... Dr. Gurminder was kind from the very start. She warm-hearted, inviting, and genuinely was gentle with how she delivered my diagnosis as well as the ongoing plan. She didn't hoover. She didn't go on about why I have lost so much bone loss. She was professional but empathetic. She's the first dentist that's given me hope that I can actually fix my teeth without knocking all of them down because it seems like that's the popular thing now. I told her what other dentist have told me and how they have made me feel and the look of shock and horror made me feel like you're finally being seen. I'm excited to start my smile plan with her. At the end for payments they had options for payment plans like credit Care which has helped me realize that I can proceed with my dental plan. I would highly recommend that you visit them and get seen with them if you've ever felt a bit embarrassed or anxiety when it comes to dentist. Update: this dentist is not professional or respectful on how they treat their patients. The dental aspect was not good. They lied and said I had a bunch of cavities and even needed a root canal when in reality I didn't. The reason I know this is because shortly after I stopped going to them I found a new dentist place and when I had went to get checked I only needed 2 fillings & no root canal work was needed. I stopped coming here and so did my husband because they continuously keep charging us till this day. They did a mistake on their end and made my husband TWO accounts with different account numbers therefore they won't delete the other account that says he owes money to them when in reality he already paid them the money, but since he has two accounts with two different account numbers ( once again which they created for him) they want him to pay. They are not responsible for the mistakes they make on their end. It's not that my husband or I don't want to pay but that they don't see the wrong they did while trying to charge us twice due to him having two accounts that they created for him. I have been coming to k3 Dental for well over a decade, they use to have the best service ever, I'm very disappointed though on how the service is now, I myself schedule my appointments in the morning so I can make it to work on time after, but when they take you back right away , do 5 min of x-rays and leave you sitting there for 30 minutes without an explanation of why they are running behind is not at all fair, personally I feel my hygienist is the best ,but the office help needs to be trained in etiquette, Since Lori left the place has changed, I do hope the Dr. reads this and realizes they lost a good customer because their front staff likes to sit around and gossip while their patients are in the back not knowing why their morning is being wasted . I thank Becky for all the good work she has done for me over the years , I do hope she knows she was appreciated. read more

BEST DENTIST IN THE WORLD! I had to have a root canal and I have extreme extreme fear of the dentist. She listened to all of my fears and needs. She accommodated me in every single way to make me feel more comfortable. She is so gentle and sincere and an amazing person! Highly highly recommend for any dental procedure. I was just there for a job interview. Spent time and gas to be told that even though they advertised a certain salary. They mentioned they're weren't offering that salary as advertised ( even though I have over 10 years experience as a dental assistant) . They decided not do an interview with me and said they're offering lowered than advertised and with cost of gas and groceries wouldn't be worth my time, but yet you had me come to your office ( 30 min drive) to tell me that. This place was the best til the new dentist took over, to start I stoped going because I got charged for canceling my appointment 3 hours before it was an emergency and could not make it, months after I showed up to an appointment and the front office lady told me I was about to call you the doctor had an emergency I kindly ask her are you guys going to pay me $45 for her not showing up she saw me with a weird face and all she said was "no" I told her is she the only one allowed to have emergency's? The work was "ok" but their billing system is horrendous. Had to go back and forth between the Hayward location and Modesto location and there was a huge billing issue which they confessed the locations were not communicating with each other and I ended up with a bill 2x the original amount, despite this, I still decided to pay it, another time they stated they "sent a bill" via mail but never received it and never told me I had a bill despite being serviced IN PERSON the month after the so-called bill "sent via mail." Their financial methods are terrible, do not come here unless you're willing to pay 3x more because they will NOT update you on bills you're not even aware of. read more

They gave us a quote for invisiblelign it was kind of expensive but the person finally convinced my wife and I saying we will get the free whitening wish was 500.00 savings for each so we said ok that sounds good .after almost a year is time for me to get the whitening they said they never offer a free procedure , my fault for not getting this in writing, and the person who offer that is already gone or fired . So make sure anything they offer to you like free something is put down in writing and you get a copy.very frustrated read more

So bad! My daughter went there before quarantine and they said She has couple cavities and they need to be filled ! They filled all 3 tooth together in 15 minutes which were in rush in my opinion. After a month she had toothache and went to dentist here in Kansas and the doctor said one of her fillings filled badly and he filled it again and the other tooth the filling was so close to her nerves but there wasn't any infections. She had to root canal the tooth because it was just filled in rush and she hadn't had any problems with that tooth before. They also charged a lot of money which we received notice from our insurance that the dentist charged us expensive. She lost her tooth and a lot of money. She paid for fillings but she had to pay for fillings on the same tooth again and the other tooth she paid for root canal which insane... read more

K3 dental staff are the greatest. Accommodating and sincere. I drive quite a distance to come here and absolutely worth the drive!

The only nice people I've encountered at this dental office are the dentist who owns the practice (Gurminder) and her long time receptionist, whose name I'm forgetting, but she's blonde (Lori, I believe). Other than that, this place isn't good, mainly because of the other staff who examine and work on your teeth. I have been made fun of, talked down to, and even received what seemed like inaccurate assessments on dental work needed. For instance, I was told that I had cavities in the double digits, which led to me being made fun of and talked down to by staff. I was so confused and embarrassed. They kept pushing me to schedule an appointment to get my cavities filled, which would have cost me a lot of money out of pocket, and on the heels of other dental work they had just performed, for which I was still bleeding from and for which I was still paying on. I was also confused about my large out of pocket expenses, as I have dental insurance. I stopped going to that office, because it didn't feel emotionally safe to continue getting my teeth serviced there, one of the dental procedures left me with bleeding gums, and it was expensive! When Lori would call about future appointments, instead of continuing to dodge scheduling, I eventually informed her about my experience. They've recently been calling me about getting ALL of my cavities taken care of. They said they could fill them all in 1 day. I decided to try another dental office - a family run business - and upon having my teeth examined, I was told that I did not have cavities in the double digits. Also, I was told that it's not good practice to have multiple fillings in one day. I ended up working with this new dental office for my dental needs, and my teeth and gums feel good! I also feel confident, comfortable and safe at this location. No one speaks down to me or negatively whispers about me. I'm disappointed in my experience at Gurminder's office. As I said, she's very nice, and I felt relieved every time she would enter the room, but other than that, they need to improve their overall customer service.
