I'm both their flagship and SF stores the services has been great, attentive but not intrusive. If you're in Seattle you should definitely stop by and support a a longer term local merchant. Unfortunately there's not too many of them left. I'll keep going back 2/13/2026. I just received my repaired waxed canvas jacket back. I have worn this coat for at least 7 years and have had two repairs done on it. They do a fantastic job and I could not be happier. The jacket shows every scar from my abuse but I continue to wax it 1-2x per year and it keeps going. If they still made this coat I'd buy another, until then I'll keep getting it repaired. Their clothes are worth every penny. I continue to shop with them and and am glad to spend my money with a company that appreciates their customers.

Then we finally agreed on services and timing after multiple calls to them ie they never would call me back after saying they would check on something or price. Waited 2 weeks and never heard from them so I drove in the next week to only find out that they messed up on some of the patches so they would have it finished the following Monday but then when Monday arrived, I didn't hear anything from them again and gave them a few days then drove over again to just find out they didn't even start the corrected patches. See some photos of the jerseys from STT...all previously blanks or different numbers/players. On a couple, I've tried to unstitch them with a seam ripper at home to save a bit. One was showing signs of the previous lettering pretty badly and they even found a way to clean this up. I also just met the STT person who stitched the Jay Buhner jersey at his event today.
