K2 Kritters Solutions solved our bat problem! They came out, assessed the situation and arrived as scheduled to set up their cones for the bats to exit our attic. While the vast bulk of our bat problem disappeared, we noticed that we still had a few bats the following year. True to their warranty promise, they arrived immediately to address the situation. They installed and later removed the required cones to eliminate the bats from our home, and did so with excellent customer and no additional charges. Thank you, K2 Kritters!! read more

Not only did Kevin get rid of the chunky squirrels in our attic, he plugged up the holes with wire & black spray foam (so it would not be obvious). Tile roofs are tricky, so he had an extra challenge... I thought... but this man is experienced & knows what he is doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kevin as the best Kritter Getter. And he is a great guy, too!!! read more

Quick response and they got the gopher! Good value for service. The owner is service oriented.

Responsive and great to work with. Traps r set and we r hoping for the best. Kevin is a great guy!

I called Kevin at K2 to help me with my rodent problem. He responded quickly and when he came out, he discussed the problem. He gave me some information about his process and how the skunk lives in the area. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Kevin is outstanding at this job! He was at my home the day I called and inspecting the source of noise in my crawlspace...raccoons. he was extremely patient after trapping 2 and having to set another trap. He has been so educational and thorough discussing tree limbs that have to be removed as he discovered their tracks and points of entry as well as home remediation measures to prevent further access. I highly recommend his services and very fair pricing. Bonus he has a great personality! read more

We had a (very) deceased skunk on our property. Kevin inspected the area for more skunk (as it was a female), sprayed the area, and was informative all the while, and at a reasonable price. He also mitigated our gopher issues. We now have a little squirrel rascal in our basement, and we'll be looking for Kevin to assist here as well to catch and release. Kevin is your guy for all critter issues. read more

I highly recommend Kevin with K2 Kritter Solutions. He was extremely thorough with the inspection of my home and property. Somehow a bat entered my home. Kevin accessed my attic in home, basement, dryer vent exhaust in yard, porch, and the attic in the garage. He is extremely knowledgeable about wildlife's habits and migration. After inspection, Kevin provided a very reasonable quote for his work to repair home to prevent future invasion of critters. I would give K2 Kritter Solutions a solid 5++ review. Kevin was on time, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well! read more

Kevin came out to help me with a bat issue (they found their way into my attic space and bathroom). He was friendly, professional, his pricing was fair, he did what he said he was going to do, he was on time, and he communicated well. I absolutely trusted that he knew what he was doing. Some of the things that were necessary to get this job done without killing the bats included securing gaps around the chimney to prevent bat entry and nesting, screening off two gable vents, a bathroom fan vent, and three sewer vents. Kevin then went the extra mile and dealt with two wasp nests. Kevin, your expertise is appreciated! Highly recommend. read more

I spoke to and received multiple quotes on bat "removal." K2 responded very quickly to my initial request and came to examine the problem much more quickly than others. This is a small local business so, in my case, there was a small fee for the estimate . Don't let that scare you! K2's pricing was more than fair and he was knowledgeable, polite, did an amazing job and got it done quickly. read more

Based on yelp reviews, I called Kevin for help with some squirrels living in the wall of my house. He was busy so I did not get an immediate response but I am so thankful that I waited for his return call. He came out to my house and was very professional and honest with his assessments. Very reasonable prices for services completed and he successfully solved the squirrel problem in a humane way. Thank you so much, Kevin! read more

When we had a mouse investation, I called K2 Kritters. I was not sorry I did. Kevin 1 came to our home and thoroughly inspected it to find any and all entry points. He secured all entries and made sure we would not have any future problems. He was helpful, personable and reasonable. He even did some extra work without charge. Highly recommended. read more

Quick to respond, reasonable price and helped with a long term solution for rabbits digging under our porch. Hopefully won't need him but would use Kevin again if we have wildlife issues in the future. read more

I called about a skunk den problem in our yard twice, leaving a detailed message both times with a call back number. NO ONE could be bothered to return my phone calls. I also sent them an email in case funky phone service messed up my 2 phone calls. Again - NO returned message or phone call. I had read all of the positive reviews about this company. I'm just trying to figure out how they determine who's business they want, and why they don't at least give you the courtesy of acknowledging your messages? read more

This company is very professional and nice when they came to my house to remove a dead skunk out my backyard. Very fair price!

These guys were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable! Called them out to look into a noise I have been hearing under my daughter's floor for quite sometime as well as to check into how mice have been getting in our home. They were able to quickly find the cause of the noise (was't critter related thankfully) and after a thorough assessment of our home exterior (roof included), they gave a detailed plan for critter-proofing our home. They will be back to do the work this week. Looking forward to being rodent-free soon! read more

We hired K2 to help with a skunk problem--within 1 day--they found a Raccoon--and then later that week got the skunk! Additionally they have helped us with securing our patio area--where it seems these guys like to hang out. Loved the sticky notes from Sunny, letting me know what she found on a daily basis--but even more, i appreciated the fact that they take a green approach whenever possible. ie. using coyote urine to lure a raccoon and her family out of a fireplace! great at returning calls and very easy to work with. If we ever have anymore uninvited guests, this groupo will be my first call! read more

Let me start by saying that this job was done at my daughter's house. The good news is that the fellow that came out was very nice and accommodating. This company was called to deal with mice that were coming into the house. Based on a Yelp coupon that we purchased, their response was to cost $99.00. The fellow placed some traps, but he did not have the necessary equipment to finish the job - namely to place protective screens on the outside of the house in order to avoid other mice from coming in. He stated that he would be back within 48 hours to complete the job. When he returned, they charged my daughter another $135.00. We spoke with a woman at the company who stated that she fully explained the costs to my daughter. I can only imagine that had he the proper equipment on the first day, that the cost would not have exceeded $99.00. However, since they had to go back to this house, it seems to have provided them with a rationale to charge an extra $135.00. I don't mind paying for services rendered, but I do mind a business that will seemingly take advantage of a single woman, on a return visit to her house because they did not have the correct equipment the first day - and then have the audacity to charge for completing the work on a second visit. In my opinion, this is an unethical way to conduct business. We told the woman on the phone that we have used other companies, for similar issues in other properties, but we have never had to deal with this kind of cost discrepancy. Based on this situation, and the unwillingness to view what they did as something quite out of the norm, we will not use this company again in the future. Luis V. read more

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Prompt. Friendly. Honest. Glad we have had the opportunity to work with them. Very professional. read more

I had a mama raccoon and babies fall into my fireplace late on a Friday afternoon. I called several different companies who were not willing to help because they were on the last call of the day. K2 Kritter Solutions was my very last resort. The father/son team did not hesitate to come to my rescue. They were able to collect the babies that day and then trapped the mama a couple of days later. Even though they are closed on Sunday they responded to my text and came to get mama right away. They reunited the family and released them back into the wild. These guys are very knowledgeable and are great to chat with plus they are well priced. I hope I don't ever have critter problems again but if I do I am certainly going to call K2. read more

I have a skunk problem and they live under my sunroom. The last time we the skunks removed there were 8 or 9 of them. I was misled by Kevin(Owner). He set expectations that we could get this done perhaps in a week. I was attracted by the weekly flat rate rather than be charged by each animal, so I agreed. They were late to their first appointment and I overlooked that. After the first couple of days and no activity I questioned him and he said not to worry, this could take longer than a week and not to be discouraged so he blocked the hole and also said that they might be in semi hibernation. Another couple of days went by and no activity so I asked what to do if they do not come out of their den, how do we get them out? There was no answer from Kevin until the end of the first week saying "there is no activity, your skunks have left and it is just the smell left in the soil so simply fill the hole before they come back. I responded to his text (he would not answer my phone call) the skunks are still down there and they are spraying and we can smell them in the heater vents throughout the house and not outside. He has not responded still. THIS WAS COMPLETE WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, THIS COMPANY SUCKS! read more
