Here goes, they responded very quickly. They went out and gave me a thorough quote to do the work with a phone call explaining the details. Did we need all of it or some of it.They explained the way they have to meet Colorado Wildlife standards and the way out but not back in for the critters. They have a complete one stop shop too. You can get construction done in foundations and removal of drywall and insulation if its been compromised by the critter droppings and more. The people I spoke to went out of their way to help me. The receptionist even called me back after hours on the weekend to let me know what they could do after she reached the owner out of cell phone target. Come on Who does that? We had a snake issue in our basement, we called another company who charged us $400 to set traps and spray around our house. The other company didn't catch any snakes and the spray never helped (we caught snakes on our sticky paper, while the other companies traps were out). We called Critter Control not because we had critters but because we had a roof leak that three different roof companies were unable to find the cause of (is that correct English? Oh, well). My husband and son (big guys) had crawled up in the attic but were unable to get to the very cramped place where the leak was coming from to see what was going on. The guy from Critter Control was on time, got into the space (he was the right size), and took photos. He also climbed on the roof and took pictures from outside. He found the leak source, and the photos were invaluable when, a few weeks later, we had two back to back hail storms and ended up having to replace the roof. I was having a problem with snakes on my deck and called Critter Control. Dave was sympathetic and helpful on the phone and sent Porter out the next day. Porter was friendly and professional and quickly removed the snakes that were present and put out traps. He returned in a week and removed snakes caught in traps. When we moved to Colorado we bought a home in the woods. We didn't realize that our home was also the home of dozens of Gartner Snakes. Although they were harmless they had figured out how to get into our house. Critter control came out and solved the problem and took most of the snakes with them.
