We live on 5 acres in El Paso County and have encountered more wildlife as open space is being built upon more and more. We have been dealing with skunks with pets being 'hit'. I called Complete Pest Control, number 1, because it was locally owned and I always want to support the small business owner-businesses. Jeremy came out daily for 2 weeks to set up live traps and check them as well. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. I called many pest control companies/exterminators about my pest issue. Complete Pest Control were the only ones who knew my issue was with voles (and not mice) just talking to them over the phone. Was quoted an exorbitant price that made no sense. I found a different company that did the same job for much cheaper.

When the "person" arrived, he mentioned doing only the exterior of my home, "Is that correct?" Um...no. This is the initial treatment. (I was looking for him to do the awesome assessment, or questions, or something.) He assured me he had enough to treat inside and out. I felt a bait and switch from the prices quoted on the phone, and that requested. I had to sign up for the quarterly to get the rate I was quoted. Fine. We noticed that there was a LOT of whatever he was using...literally puddles along the baseboard. ( Having used pest control for decades, I know that initially you might see an increase in activity after a treatment. But one month later...that's when we saw the greatest increase in activity. Spiders crawling up the walls! I wanted to take advantage of their guarantee...so I called them. It's a "non-working number." I asked my husband to go by their "office" on the way home, and take care of it. He text me and said, "It's an apartment." Seriously? These people have disappeared!! After this experience...he could have used water, for all we know. Sad. If I could "give" no stars...I would. I trust this information helps you. read more

I called Complete Pest Control to get some squirrels out of my attic. They got in after the last big wind storm. One of their techs (Jeff) arrived that same afternoon and not only set traps and explained the process, but he also put a temporary repair on the house to ensure no new entries. When I ordered their service I was told it would be a full inspection with a report and a standard application and any additional, more specific treatment would be extra. After I paid I received more of a note than a report that said all they did was look for termites. When I asked why they didn't do what I ordered they said my child told them they were there to do an inspection so they decided not to do everything requested.... Jeff at complete peat control is the best! He answers your call or returns your message the same day and was able to schedule us for the next day (much more immediate than I was expecting!) He is courteous, always on time and knows exactly how to get rid of the little critters that plague your home. Jeff's been to our house 2-3 times now to help us get a mouse issue under control and we went for several months without seeing one dropping after his work, which is impressive considering the house was completely infested when we moved in. We're in the middle of a big remodel, and the contractor calls with, "an issue." He told me that when they pulled down the basement ceiling, that there were mouse tunnels everywhere! He said that there was so much urine, that the guy had to put a mask on!! I was definitely freaked out. I called Jeff, and he came out that day to inspect the problem. He told me that I didn't have to replace all of my attic insulation, which I was ready to do. He could've easily sold me that. He told me that if it was his house, he wouldn't do it. He was able to disinfect everything the following day. He assured me that everything was good in the house and what I needed to look out for in the future. It was fast, easy, and inexpensive.
