Outstanding service! First time user. Jeff responded right away, came to the house same day, proposed plan options and got it done quickly. And all at a reasonable price. No more squirrels in the house! Hopefully I won't need to call again, but if I have some other critters I know who to call! read more

We live on 5 acres in El Paso County and have encountered more wildlife as open space is being built upon more and more. We have been dealing with skunks with pets being 'hit'. I called Complete Pest Control, number 1, because it was locally owned and I always want to support the small business owner-businesses. Jeremy came out daily for 2 weeks to set up live traps and check them as well. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. He searched and examined the area and moved/added traps as needed. We caught one skunk and one raccoon who were both relocated. I was very pleased with their efforts. read more

I called many pest control companies/exterminators about my pest issue. Complete Pest Control were the only ones who knew my issue was with voles (and not mice) just talking to them over the phone. They had a plan for treatment that didn't necessitate me buying an unnecessary monitoring plan. Jeremy was great! When he arrived he confirmed voles and then performed treatment same visit. read more

Was quoted an exorbitant price that made no sense. I found a different company that did the same job for much cheaper.

When the "person" arrived, he mentioned doing only the exterior of my home, "Is that correct?" Um...no. This is the initial treatment. (I was looking for him to do the awesome assessment, or questions, or something.) He assured me he had enough to treat inside and out. I felt a bait and switch from the prices quoted on the phone, and that requested. I had to sign up for the quarterly to get the rate I was quoted. Fine. We noticed that there was a LOT of whatever he was using...literally puddles along the baseboard. ( Having used pest control for decades, I know that initially you might see an increase in activity after a treatment. But one month later...that's when we saw the greatest increase in activity. Spiders crawling up the walls! I wanted to take advantage of their guarantee...so I called them. It's a "non-working number." I asked my husband to go by their "office" on the way home, and take care of it. He text me and said, "It's an apartment." Seriously? These people have disappeared!! After this experience...he could have used water, for all we know. Sad. If I could "give" no stars...I would. I trust this information helps you. read more

Trevor came over to mitigate an assumed roach infestation. Haven't met anyone else in the company yet but judging by his performance and professionalism I can only assume this is a top notch company throughout. Never wrote a five star review in my life so you can imagine how impressed I was. Gave me a new respect for the pest control industry. read more

I requested a quote from this company about pest control (a rodent issue) 20 days ago at the time I was quoted $165 By Jeff the owner. So today I was looking for the message and couldn't find it so I requested for a quote again and was quoted again by the owner Jeff but this time at $250. Beware! Beware! Beware this is not good business practice. read more

Can I give 10 stars? Because I would if I could. The whole team with Complete Pest Control is amazing! Trevor would come out and service the apartment complex I worked at and was always a pleasure to work with. I always looked forward to Tuesdays when Trevor would come because you can tell that he really cares. I've even had some of the other guys come out and treat and they have all been just as great! I recently switched jobs and companies and I brought Trevor and the Complete Pest Control team to my new company! When you find someone who is responsive, reliable, caring, and does OUTSTANDING work you don't want to let them go! I recommend Complete Pest Control to every single person I know. And that's not even an exaggeration. I love supporting this company and plan to continue as long as I can. read more

I called Complete Pest Control to get some squirrels out of my attic. They got in after the last big wind storm. One of their techs (Jeff) arrived that same afternoon and not only set traps and explained the process, but he also put a temporary repair on the house to ensure no new entries. Very thorough, very friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this company. And they will definitely be the team I call for future problems. I will also point out that they use top of the line, humane equipment with proper 1+ mile relocation as their default method. read more

When I ordered their service I was told it would be a full inspection with a report and a standard application and any additional, more specific treatment would be extra. After I paid I received more of a note than a report that said all they did was look for termites. When I asked why they didn't do what I ordered they said my child told them they were there to do an inspection so they decided not to do everything requested.... But still charged the full price. read more

Jeff at complete peat control is the best! He answers your call or returns your message the same day and was able to schedule us for the next day (much more immediate than I was expecting!) He is courteous, always on time and knows exactly how to get rid of the little critters that plague your home. Jeff's been to our house 2-3 times now to help us get a mouse issue under control and we went for several months without seeing one dropping after his work, which is impressive considering the house was completely infested when we moved in. Regular maintenance is required to stay on top of the mice given the area of Colorado we live in and Jeff is prompt and knows exactly what is needed to keep them at bay. Thanks Jeff!! read more

We're in the middle of a big remodel, and the contractor calls with, "an issue." He told me that when they pulled down the basement ceiling, that there were mouse tunnels everywhere! He said that there was so much urine, that the guy had to put a mask on!! I was definitely freaked out. I called Jeff, and he came out that day to inspect the problem. He told me that I didn't have to replace all of my attic insulation, which I was ready to do. He could've easily sold me that. He told me that if it was his house, he wouldn't do it. He was able to disinfect everything the following day. He assured me that everything was good in the house and what I needed to look out for in the future. It was fast, easy, and inexpensive. I highly recommend him. read more

Great service. Fast, courteous and on time! No issues with pests of any sort since having service completed in September.

Jeff answered my phone call at 7:15 this morning regarding an ant problem. He listened to what the issue was and promptly gave me a quote and told me they could be out today. The pricing was reasonable and the service was great. They treated the inside and outside of my home and were friendly and quick. They advised me that i would most likely need one more treatment. I have been very happy with the service received so far and will update as needed. read more

These guys are great. Very responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, friendly, came on time, called ahead and sprayed the entire house in an effort to rid me of my wasp problem. Even got up on the roof to hit some spots I hadn't thought of. Walked around the entire property spraying every spot he could think of where a wasp may be. Instantly noticed an improvement. Thanks guys! read more

Called on a Saturday and scheduled for treatment of ants, and rabbits the following Monday. Jeff arrived today within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, dressed professionally, with a friendly disposition. Jeff was very easy to talk with and explained everything as he went through our property. Pricing is extremely reasonable compared to a national company we used last year. The service we received today compared to the national company were night and day. Thank you Jeff! We look forward to doing continued business with you without a contract! He came out the day after I found a mouse in my pantry. No mice after 4 were caught. Looks like the holes were found and plugged.
