It is a disgrace that it has taken me an entire week to write this review, but I was SO impressed by Hank with Why-U-Buggin. Went to mow my lawn last Saturday, opened the shed, and was welcomed by a yellow jacket nest and a swarm of yellow jackets. I live on base, so of course I called maintenance, but it isn't considered an emergency until they are swarming the inside of your house....so I called multiple companies in the springs and they either didn't answer period, or couldn't send someone out for an emergency/one-time visit. I finally stumbled upon Why-U-Buggin and saw they advertised being available 24/7. So I called the number and left a message explaining what was going on, and sure enough Hank called me back within 20 minutes. Not only did he give me the cost up front (which was far less than I was expecting), but he was willing to go through the extra 20 minute process to get a visitor pass to get on base. He was very professional the entire visit! He sprayed the entire shed (killing at least 10 of them immediately), took down the nest on the door (and disposed of it somewhere in his truck), then informed me that the huge lawnmower box I had just sitting there was probably what they were feeding on and suggested throwing it away if I did not need it. He even checked my neighbor's shed (with his permission) for me since they practically touch! He answered all my questions and let me know that there was a 30-day guarantee on the services if I should have any of them return! He was in an out in under 30 minutes and I was a happy customer! Ever wonder why this company has positive FIVE STAR reviews across all platforms? I'll tell you why. They get them removed by flagging them as inappropriate or fake. Yep, every review I've left has been deleted (I'm sure this one will too if Yelp deletes it). Notice even mediocre reviews give FIVE STARS? Yeah, figure that one out. This is a trash company with trash owners. Especially Kim who seems to think anyone who doesn't follow the same political beliefs is "stupid" or "hippies." When I initially contacted this company for pest control, they seemed knowledgeable and professional. But once they get too "comfortable" with you, their true colors show. I guess they thought I had the same idiotic racist beliefs as them. Sorry, I do not and will NEVER. Now Kim is harassing me on multiple social media sites (FB and Instagram). I have screenshots of her harassment and have no problem using them in court if need be. No, I do not need the owners to contact me to "fix" this issue. They actually need to LEAVE ME ALONE. I have to say this was not the first place we called when we determined we had a bed bug problem. I called a very well known company. However when they told me it would be six days before they could come and I could not wait that long. I decided to call "Why-u-buggin" I explained what I found and Hank said he could be here first thing the next morning. To save time and be prepared for the next morning he emailed me right away with instructions. It was awesome to feel like he really cared about helping us fix the problem quickly. Hank said it would be best to do three follow up appointments. With ten days in between each. He was very professional and called every eighth day to confirm when he would be coming. On our way to Seattle and while at DEN airport I call this company first thing in the morning (0635), several minutes later I received a call from whyubuggin. I purchased a home and needed some uninvited guests exterminated ASAP. I was leaving town for several days and would not be at the house. The gentlemen (I hate the fact don't remember his name) was extremely accommodating: we agreed he would go to the property and start the extermination process. All coordinated by phone and while we were at the airport. As a veteran I felt confident trusting another veteran. Although, the job has not yet started (as I write this review) I give this company a five stars for their commitment in making customers feel at ease in dealing with them. I called around to price pest control and WOW at the difference in pricing that each company gave me. I had mice in my garage and attic and I am older and on a fixed income. Hank at Why-U-Buggin pest control not only gave me a great price but it came with a 30 day guarantee, I received another similar price, however the service had no guarantee. When Hank arrived I was impressed, he was well dressed and looked professional. It has been a few weeks now and I have had no problems with spiders, I did see some mice during the day acting funny and called Hank which he informed me that the bait was working and this was normal. Great family business! They went above and beyond providing excellent customer service while taking care of our mice and wasp issue. We had been with another company previously that not only charged more but also requested the little mouse traps back when we cancelled our service! Why U Buggin made an extra trip to our home to replenish the traps (we had assumed were included in the previous companies charge of $150) without charging us for it. Since using Why U Buggin our mice problem has been taken care of and the wasps are not a huge issue anymore. Why-U-Buggin Pest Control is amazing! They were able to come spray and put some poison out for mice very quickly. I noticed a few spiders still like a week after so they came back out and sprayed again for us. They are very reliable and have decent prices.
