I can't thank k wellness enough . I come here for hyperbaric chamber. I have 3 herniated disc that were causing extreme pain. I've always known that hyperbaric chamber was great because my grandpa was treated with hyperbaric chamber therapy for his gangrene on his foot(he's diabetic) through his medical insurance , and it healed it up . I am astonished that I had gotten several injection procedures as well as a procedure on my abdomen at this location, maybe a couple of years back, and they have absolutely no records on me whatsoever. I spoke with a manager by the name of Stephanie, and she advised me that they just show a blank profile of me with no other history. It is very concerning to me that a medical establishment does not keep records on hand whether it was a 3rd party Dr or whatever she was trying to come up with on the phone with me. I had seen several different people while visiting here and 3rd party or not if procedures are done in your place of business, a patient should 100% be able to obtain their records or at least name of procedures done with timestamps attached. I was so appalled that this "manager" was backing that there is nothing else they can do and could care less to find this information out for me. She was so unpleasant to talk to, so I had asked for her boss's contact information. But because she didn't like that, I thought she was awful and unprofessional she just hung up on me. I am grateful Stephanie wasn't around when I was having procedures done there because she is a bit spooky, to be honest. I had lab work sent to them as well as my blood pressure checked each visit before any injection or treatment and found it concerning that their office didn't keep records of it because this felt just like a Dr's type of visit. I came in for a hyperbaric oxygen therapy session. The staff was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. They made sure to make me feel comfortable and explained the process and the benefits of the therapy. I had some discomfort but as soon as I expressed this Rocio made adjustments to alleviate it. As for the HBOT, I was given the options of going into a horizontal chamber where I laid down or one where I sat down. The session lasted about an hour. Afterwards, I felt that I was more energetic and was able to focus on task for longer periods of time than I am used to. I would highly recommend checking it out, the first session is free! i have patronized this wellness center for more than 9 months. i had always had pleasant experiences, thats why i was so hurt that the office manager confronted me in a room full of people claiming that a week prior i was angry and aggressive and i had cussed out the young lady at the front desk. i was so confused i had never intended on disrespecting anyone. it was because of a policy change that i was not aware of. no fault to anyone it was my insurance so i had no reason to be mad. the truth is i was frustrated annoyed but not angry aggressive. this place has sent me several texts from promotions , reminders to just touching bases constantly. i made the statement "you guys text me all this stupid sh** why didn't anyone text this information".? i then realized the lady i preferred was not in so i reschedule when she was available. when i walk out i was immediately text the new policy and my response was thank you. i had no idea it was an issue. stephanie being a manger should have handled this situation differently. angry and aggressive the power in those words. i sincerely apologize that i offended anyone and if i were taken to the side had a discussion like adults. i would have apologized. i really enjoyed the services , the young ladies were always a pleasure. not so much stephanie she always seemed to have an attitude yet and still i always greeted her with a smile. stephanie needs training in management skills and just maybe enhance her vocabulary. i left out that day oct 19,2023 in tears to be described as anger aggressive all because i had a bad moment. the young lady clarified that i had'nt cussed her out i had merly mad a comment using a cuss word and seemed upset. yet stephanie insisted and calling it angry and aggressive. i left hurt and vowed to never give them my business. i had even made dr. kim aware of this situation. Place seems great on the outside but the company seems to have a lot of issues. Staff is constantly changing, schedules are constantly changing so it tells you a lot about the company. They have you see like 3+ providers and order all these unnecessary tests just because. I know they used to have a physical therapist which is unfortunately gone now because she seemed like she really cared about patient care but now they have all the "PT" patients see the chiro in which whatever he does is NOT physical therapy. He is always late on bringing patients back and I have seen a girl that works on the podiatry side that always seems to be in his room when I am there.. not sure what is going on in there but seems really unprofessional because she is there for so long which backs up his schedule. Please if physical therapy is recommended to you, go to an actual PT clinic if you want to get better. Judy, viv, and diana are great however thats the only reason why I gave 2 stars. Please don' trust the highly rated reviews because they seem to filter all the poor ones. read more
