When I exited I still had a lot of ice caked on underneath my car so I was a little disappointed because I had paid three dollars extra to get the under wash.

Went yesterday morning to get a wash and now it's no longer acceptable to have the strap there. Same guy that let me go in the past now says nope. I try to explain to him that the strap is wedged in and can't be removed, while he's jerking on it trying to pull it out. When I ask why, he says read the sign.
